Great people, great house, great price

It was hard to get in touch with some of the Betenbough Homes representatives at times. For example, the impact title office never picked up my calls.

My experience with Betenbough Homes was the most amazing I could have hoped for. Everyone we work with was super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure the experience was wonderful, even the loan company and insurance broker. I think his name was Nate Mellinger. Maguire, our Betenbough Homes representative, was amazing. He stayed in contact throughout the whole thing.

Their service and attendance was great. Ben, the selling agent, was very kind, accommodating, and answered all of my questions. He took me to the location of my future home, and put me in contact with the necessary people to get the process started. They were very easy and on point. I highly recommend. He was very professional.

Stand in showers in master bedroom should be standard, at least a bigger bathtub that extends to the diving wall. Why is the dish washer the only appliance? You should do all or none. When the house is cleaned before move it, every surface should be dusted.

These homes are lovely with thoughtful layouts and finishes. The pricing and incentives are excellent and everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and forthcoming with information. I feel like I got a great deal on a beautiful home. And the warranty is second to none.
