A part was missing. My installation was July 21. This is Aug 11 and t still has not been installed.

Everything American Standard did was nice. But I do have a ticket in progress. There are a couple of things they have to come out and check. As far as the installation work and everything else, that's great.

The sales person who came measured our tub to be converted into a shower wrong. When the installers came, they found that the measurement was wrong and could not install the tub and had to special order something that then backed them up and they had to stay very late to complete the project. A day later it looks like we may have a leak and some damage to the ceiling underneath the bathroom

Looks beautiful, the installers were courteous and did the work quickly.

I don't think I would recommend American Standard.

I feel that American Standard costs a little more. I have offers on my phone for whole bathrooms, showers, and bathtubs that are much less expensive. Maybe it’s false information, but I still feel that American Standard is a little on the high side anyway.

It was expensive.

American Standard is thorough and quick in their installation; it only took two days.

The tub is not working as it should the bubble outlet around the lower legs/feet do not push out any air. So disappointing.

Still learning. After install i wasn’t here to try it out. I used it once.

Your prices are high.

There were problems with the subcontractor and a problem with Mark for his lack of documenting.

American Standard did a great job. They cleaned it all up, and it's beautiful.

The tub works well, but I'm not happy with its configuration. It fits me okay, but I have to move my knees and get uncomfortable for the water to be high enough. My wife cannot use the tub; she is a little heavier than I am, and it is difficult for both of us, given I am in my 70's and she's in her 60's, to bend properly and get the full benefit of the tub. That is the only problem I have. Otherwise, the mechanics of the tub are fine, everything works as it should, the installation was good, and the people were fine. I'm not sure I would tell someone to buy this tub or recommend they call and purchase it, because I'm not sure how happy they would be with it. It's much better suited for smaller people, and I would have hoped there was another size available. The salesperson came out and measured for the tub, but I had no idea what it would actually look like. There is a six or eight inch shelf behind where you sit in the tub, which covers a lot of things. However, if the tub had been extended by about three inches, it would have been much better for us. That's the bottom line. Otherwise, the mechanics are fine.

They did a very good job and gave me everything I needed and more actually.

The workers doing the job were very friendly, likable, and conscientious.
