Everything that was done here at the house was just fine, and I am very happy with the quality and the professionalism of the installers. The only issue that I have is with the financing. and it just took a while in the process. I called and went ahead and paid cash over the phone and told them that we would cancel the financing because they seemed to be having difficulties, and that was three to four weeks ago. Unfortunately, they went ahead and paid, so I paid twice, and they have yet to resolve it. I have talked to numerous people, some with Fast Lane and some with American Standard, and they told me that they are working on it, but I was thinking, why does it take so long to resolve such a basic issue? Something is wrong with either Fast Lane or American Standard, with the people who are managing the financial end of it. I think that's just very poor business. It was my mistake for paying over the phone because I didn't realize they couldn't just call and cancel the financing, and instead I think they just relied on text messages and emails. That is the part that I am very upset about.
