Professional & Organized - From our first visit to the community, I knew we were home. Chrystal professionalism far exceeded my expectations, and she took great care in ensuring all of our questions were answered, as well as being flexible with multiple showings. Prior to closing we had the final walk through with John. He is an exemplary professional and knows his homes like no other home builder I have encountered.

Value Received - We had been looking at homes for a short time, and didn't consider a new construction home based on the homes within our price range. When we took a quick look, just to cross it off the list, we were stunned at the quality of homes Allen Edwin turns out for a super reasonable cost.

These house are built with care and detail. The workmanship and materials exceed the industry standards, and a beautifully, sound, and efficient home is the end result. Sales Experience - Chrystal H was an absolute God send. She is professional and personal both at the same time. She answered all of our questions, showed the entire line of homes and covered all of our options. Since we were ready to move in as quick as possible, Chrystal was flexible and was always available for impromptu showings. The personal touches she provided, as well as, understanding our family needs, she was imperative in our decision of what home would suit our needs the best.

Construction Experience - John was amazing during the final walk through, as well as getting all of the minor imperfections noted and corrected within a short turn around time. John was very informative on the inner workings and functionality of the home prior to the closing, as well as, during the second month inspection.

Lender Closing Experience - Fastest and the easiest closing EVER, but it didn't feel rush at all. I felt like the communication across the board was superb and every detail was covered.
