Easier Than Expected

Easier Than Expected - The process was easy and painless, and it is the main reason why we elected to go with a new build through Allen Edwin. Moving here from out of state, we were on a very tight deadline to find a home, we only had one weekend in Grand Rapids to work with the realtor, and the nature of the market for resale houses necessitated finding an faster, easier option.

There was a repair to be made in one of my bathroom showers and she was ultra communicative in scheduling and making sure I was happy with the repair - which I absolutely was.
