We wanted our window replaced because we are remodeling and the kitchen counter will be on the front wall. We made it clear that we will be reusing the old window to put in our garage. The sales person made a note of that, but did not let the installer know. They broke the window and the frame. It cannot be salvaged.

The caulking was a bit messy. Technician was an hour late with no communication. He and his son were very polite ans overall did a good job. When I went to clean the windows after they left, one was very hard to open/shut and one of the u shaped came off of it's pin
And one of the pins in the bottom sash bent because one screw was screwed into a previous cut out little rectangle.

Everything was great. The salesman Jimmy knew everything about the products, took measurements, gave me accurate information about the process. Told me it would take about a month once windows were ordered for them to arrive. Helped me get financing for the project. Windows arrived almost exactly a month after ordered. The installers were also fabulous. Did not make a mess, were polite, did an excellent install. Picked up after themselves.

Pricing and product were great. The installation crew was absolutely excellent, A+. It wasn’t an easy job, it was a bunch (15) of large floor to ceiling picture windows in my living room. They were extremely clean and courteous, and took pride in their work. Sales guy Louis Farmer was very knowledgeable and helpful for anything I needed throughout the process.

On installation day the installers checked all the window measurements and were all wrong. The salesman had measured incorrectly so they had to reorder all my windows. When they arrived they broke a window and had to reorder window and when it came in the service man was sent just to install window but the whole frame was still needed to be installed so we had to reschedule it for the 4th time.
