When my salesman, Andy, gave me a price, he did not notice i needed caps. When Fred arrived for the installation, he was upset first of all that there was no caps, and second of all, that the curtain brackets were still on the frame, and weren't removed. The printed instructions from you, that i gave my tenant, did not state to remove those. Therefore, HE was very upset, my tenant was upset and so was I. i started to shut it down at that point. Tenant says she will get her grandson to take them down. The teenager returns with a screwdriver. Fred goes to get his drill. The boy never held one in his life, so Fred tells him, "Well, u fixin to learn!!!!" The boy messed up twice in a few seconds, so when i left the 78 year old lady was on a step stool with the drill. i had to walk out. What kind of man would let the elderly customer use a drill for a 10 minute job that we were not instructed to do? i wanted to shut it down again, but knew you had my $3000. My husband also noticed all the windows needed a 1/8" caulking all around each window. The supervisor yesterday asked Dennis to do it, and he willingly did it.

Dennis and his two helpers did a great job yesterday. They worked very hard until dark. Brought the paper to me to sign and were very nice, courteous and professional. All of the supervisors were excellent and very professional!!!

While i'm on a rage, after i got the price from Andy, i received 6 periodic calls asking if i was ready for the work to be done. told them no, because i was getting prices, because i had another house right across the street with, I think 20 (not sure) windows to be replaced, I think the estimate was $13,000. i asked for a price break to get both houses done at one time. "We don't give discounts". "oh well, you just lost $13,000 to save $500. i have a good friend that called 6 months ago, A roofing company that i was one of his first customers, that does windows too now. He was cheaper, but i wanted to deal with a company with a lifetime warranty, because i didnt get far enough with them to find out if they offered that, and not sure how long a smaller company would be in business. Of course, I wanted the best for my rental investment of 10 houses for me and 5 together with my brother. i think i will .try the roofing business for the house across the street.

I just can't stand to get a quote and when it's over and done, it cost an extra $!000. That's one of my pet peeves, that i have to pay for someone else's mistake. I usually don't write reviews. I just suck it up, but you insisted. Sorry, but yes, I am disappointed and really didn't realize you used subcontractors. i thought you had your own professional people and was waiting for this big blue lettered Window World truck or a truck pulling a trailer, and here comes the pickup truck with a man that woke up on the wrong side the bed!!!

P.S. my husband is in the background saying he saw on tv that Andersons even clean the windows after. i had to call the supervisor to see if the tenant could remove the huge window world sticker that was left on.

PSS i will also pick up your advertisement sign in the yard. Many people call me for recommendations, and I sure don't want to steer them wrong!!!

The time it took to make the window and get it to install was a little longer than what I would have liked. I was kind of in a rush to get this window replaced but Window World couldnt make my time frame so I had to get someone else to meet the installer. Window looks good. Install was done right. They could have rehung the blind they took down but they did a good job and would recommend if you can wait a few weeks.

A family member recommended them to us, and all 3 family members have been pleased.

The sales and the products were great, but the installation was poor, and the installers were not so great.

I have used them for a while now and even though I ran into an issue with a new installation, once I advised them, they resolved it immediately. The customer service of this company is top tier, something we don't see a great deal of anymore.

I was told that they don’t use subcontractors, that was a lie.

2 hrs late than what we were told- with absolutely no communication.

Communication was difficult because of extreme language barrier.

Balance was suppose to be collected at time of completion. Then showed up on my visa without knowing .

Windows were filthy, mentioned it to the workers , they walked out.

The service was excellent. They were a little expensive. The guys who came and put it in were excellent.

I was very satisfied with the crew who came to do repair work.

Window World has excellent customer service. We had a slight issue with a newly installed door sticking a little. This was likely due to the changing weather. A crew came out today to address the issue. They were friendly, polite, and quickly adjused the door. They also asked me to check to ensure it was closing to my liking. Appreciate that!
