The quality was excellent, the work was done quickly, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I love the finished product and how it makes my house look - I also love all the features of the new windows.

Your sales rep and installers bragged about providing the best quality service including checking and triple checking the order. My 2 sliding glass doors were wrong so now I am waiting additional time for the correct doors. They said 3 weeks ago the order was expedited and yet I have not heard anything back. I feel that we are not valued as a customer because no one tried to make it right or check back on, I was told it is the busy season and will have to wait. I was disappointed especially because we paid in full by cash and did not finance. The 2 person install crew were great.

The back window was packaged up without the screen. Who does QC on the windows before they go with the installation crew? Also. The front window goes up on its own. I was supposed to have some person by the name of Warren come and take care of both windows but I have yet to hear from him

I am not happy with the way you get treated after they get there money.. installer broke a window i have waited two weeks have not heard from anyone. Today I emailed them and was told they are about to order it.. why does it take this long to get window fixed.

Communication was lacking. When I first called to get an estimate, I was to get a gift card for restaurants. I never received it and I called twice and still have not received it. The salesperson was nice and polite but lacked explanation. I had to do some research myself.

I had a positive experience. The installation went well; it did take longer than they said it would, but the quality is good so far. Also, the salesperson wasn't too pushy, so that was good.

We contacted Window Nation because we had a lot of condensation building up on the inside of the windows. The sales rep came out said it wasn’t normal and recommended a window that wouldn’t have condensation. The install went smoothly, but we still have condensation on our windows. We reached out to service and they said it’s normal. We escalated to management and it turns out the sales rep was misinformed. A month after install I have the same issue I had prior to install and we aren’t making progress towards a resolution. The installation manager told us he talked to the sales manager and branch manager but they couldn’t do anything and told us to call customer service. They told us there was nothing they could do and referred us to the branch manager. 30k later and I have the same issue I had pre install

The crew was awesome. They cleaned up after themselves, and I have not had that in a long time.

Items listed in contract that weren’t completed. Was listed as “yes” for yard sign but wasn’t asked.

Window sills were missed on install day and we had to rearrange our schedule to have them come back another day even though everything was at their warehouse. They also promised a $100 Amazon gift card for scheduling the consult within 24 hours and didn’t deliver on that. Windows over all seem fine though and they were about half the cost with their offer than their competitors.

The guys were very prompt to be on time they had set. And they were all very professional and friendly and so polite. There was 3 guys total and they worked together as if they were a well oiled machine.
