I was told (in writing) that I would have nothing to worry about for the ENTIRE roof for 25 years and everything would be through Westfall. This was FALSE! After getting the warranty registration, the roof is NOT covered 100% as promised by the salesman (again, in writing via email). Matter of fact, only 15 years for wind occurrance. Was told by others in the office that I should maintain my roof homeowner's policy during this time... again, NOT what the salesman stated... he said nothing would need to go through insurance during the first 25 years of the Platinum warranty.

I don't believe in surveys because one person's experience shouldn't be the deciding factor for another person. Everyone's experience is different. Just because one person's experience is negative or positive doesn't mean the next person will have the same experience. That's why I don't like to do surveys.
