Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. Installed wrong design. Installers said they would report this back to the company and never did.

From the time we met with the salesman (Marty Larkin) to the finish of the install, everyone was friendly and professional. The install itself went flawlessly. We had 10 windows replaced on a cold (32 degree) day. The install took abouit 3 hours, a lot less then we expected. There was no mess left behind for us to clean up.
