He taught us so much about our home, the build, how to fix things, how to work stuff around our first home we had no clue about. He's so knowledgeable and resourceful. It was actually quite seamless, and it was a really good experience.

Yes, we are highly likely to recommend to a friend or family member looking for a new home. Sale representative was very communicative and was inclusive of our Real Estate agent in all text messages and calls. The house was very well built and exceeded our expectations. Sure, there were a few things here and there but they were just minor things that the build manager, Jonathan, was able to take care of promptly.

The agent and walkthrough people are very professional, nice and helpful! Answer me all kinds of questions!

Consistent cost-cutting: Cheap fixtures, single-sink master bath, no blinds, basic appliances, no pantry light, unused under-stair space—this is a pattern, not a one-off.

Lower value vs competitors: When Ashton Woods and Richmond American are clearly delivering better finishes, color schemes, and hardware at a similar price point, this builder becomes hard to justify.

Process experience: An unprofessional lender tied to the transaction is a red flag. Buyers should feel supported, not disrespected.

The home was built cheap, e.g. the garage door is so small, barely for a car; it does not have garage opener; the cabinet does not have handles; the bathrooms don't have bars. Overall, it is cheaply built.

I was recommended by Josh that works for the company. We had just gotten out of the Navy. It was the most beautiful experience for buying a home.

Buying our first home was pretty intimidating. But the team at starlight really made everything a breeze. From construction to financing the process was no where near as stressful as I thought it would be.

Built good, cheap price, the agent Laura was very professional even though she said shes new to the business, except Analia, kinda petty with few stuff

The homes are well built.

I will say from the time the paper work started to signing on closing the process took around a month. The financial process was easier than the past few houses and for my situation it was quick and smooth.
