Before closing, I discussed replacing the sink from a double sink to a single sink with your representative, Miguel, and I was clearly assured that this would be taken care of. This understanding was an important factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.
Since closing, I have been unable to get a response, as my calls have not been returned. I also visited your office and was advised to submit my request in writing.
While this agreement was not documented in the contract, it was clearly communicated and agreed upon in the presence of my real estate agent, who can confirm the discussion.
I kindly request that your team honor this commitment and provide a timeline for completing the sink replacement.
The amenities offered are not adequate for the number of homes in the community. Many of the HOA stipulations makes it difficult to enjoy your home. Yard space is too small.

This was a new experience as I am a first time home buyer. Starlight made the whole process easy from start to finish
The reason I am giving a rating of 3 is because of the issues I am about to mention. On a positive note, Starlight’s offer of free appliances, such as the GE dishwasher, washer, dryer, and stove, was a big draw for me. Normally, you only get a stove included, so that was a plus. However, I gave a rating of 3 because the appliances are the lowest grade. Had I known this, I would not have moved forward, as the appliance offer was a major selling point for me. I have also had issues with the dishwasher, as it does not completely dry the dishes. The washer also stays wet inside. I have concerns with the washing machine and dryer as well. I am currently waiting for someone from GE to come and explain why I am having these problems. One issue is that you cannot put too many clothes in the washer; you have to use a very minimal load, or the washer may stop mid-cycle. The dryer sometimes dries some items, but other times I have to run it twice, which means a normal wash day takes the whole day because you are doing small loads at a time. Who has time to spend an entire day washing and drying clothes? These are the problems and issues I have experienced.
For elderly people staying at home, this has been very helpful for me and my wife. It was a very good experience. Thank you for always helping whenever we called; we never had any problems.

As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and both the sales representative and construction manager were always patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They made the process smooth and stress-free with their professionalism, communication, and support. Even after moving in, they continue checking in to make sure everything is going well with our new home. We truly appreciate all their hard work and care.
Three years after I purchased my Starlight Home, I was surprised by unexpected flooding in my front bathroom. After opening up the wall behind the sink, it was discovered that a staple used to secure closet shelving had penetrated the bathroom waterline. The staple eventually corroded away inside the waterline and water gushed into the closet, entryway, and across the entryway into the adjoining bedroom. A plumber cut out the damaged section of waterline and replaced it. I requested warranty coverage for repair costs under extenuating circumstances, and was summarily denied, even though the damage was a result of builder negligence during home construction. My insurance company attempted to settle the issue with the same results. While this basic home serves my needs, it is concerning to me that they do not make concessions for extenuating circumstances or attempt to protect their brand image. Disappointing. Buyer beware.
Noticed after moving in some minor build quality issues. Like the cabinet molding was cut for a corner,but used on a straight piece. Dishwasher placement is slightly unaligned, etc.
