Didn’t know it was a spec home. For resale value I needed 2 sinks in master suite. Thought someone was supposed to contact me and work with the builders to get this installed. No upgrades are disappointing, along with having to install the garage mechanism.

The house did not come with cabinetry fixtures, poor job with painting (paint on floors, counters, vents, bottom of thresholds not painted well), hot water is not hot enough, and everyone just keeps brushing off my concern about water not being hot enough for my family and I, blinds not installed, no toilet paper/towel fixtures in bathrooms, no garage door opener installed....

They made homeownership possible for us.

Nice house, I love the neighborhood

Overall our experience with Starlight Homes has been good. Communication during the home buying process was great but now that we are in our home, we can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to come out and do the repairs that were promised to be fixed prior to moving in and with new things we discover during the first 60 day. We are lucky that most of our found damages are cosmetic but we have doors that don’t need handles to be turned to be opened and won’t lock.

Alan has such a great personality and a great asset to your company. We love Alan haha . He was very helpful with choosing our home, any questions we had he was able to answer quickly, and very knowledge.

Jake is awesomeeee and an asset to your company as well. He knows his job ! He taught us so much about our home, the build, how to fix things, how to work stuff around our first home we had no clue about. He's so knowledgeable and resourceful. Anything we needed to get fixed or question he was there to the rescue making sure everything was perfect!!!!!! Alwayssssss one call or text away even on his off days🥴😂
