We love the house and the team. Everything was provided to us. The only thing we didn't like was when we got the house, there was a gas leak, and we were told it was going to go away. They came in and tied up the gas connection to the stuff. We were in the house for almost a month with a gas leak. I don't think anyone should be given keys to a house if they aren't really sure if there's a leak or not. My husband and I had to go to the doctors due to it. They did cover the plumber, but I think that's very dangerous.

It is an affordable home that is set up to make it your home. It is a blank canvas. There is no design, so it is set up to make it your home.

More collaboration with the home owner in assisting with issues pertaining to outside contractors ..i.e. spectrum

Overall our experience purchasing our home through starlight was a 10/10. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Our Sales Rep Sibano Alcasar was outstanding and the construction team was also great. Really appreciate how they took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were satisfied throughout the whole process.

Let homeowners pick out some amenities in their home. Garage not painted. Screen door not included on back door. Sod in backyard AND FRONT YARD is AWFUL !!!!

My buying experience was excellent. From the beginning, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dan Hicks. He was exceptional. No pressure, took his time and all the while we kept in touch, he made sure to help answer all my questions. Everyone in between as well. I can't complain. And even now I if I have the smallest issue with my home I can call Carl Jamison and he's here to fix it. This team is definitely great. Keep up the good work!!!

I was working with starlight homes to get a loan with them. I was already approved with another company for a VA loan I wanted to put $down on a home they told me to wait a day to see what they can do for a loan because they were offering a lower interest rate and paid closing costs. I went in the next day to put down earnest money and they already had someone else. So instead of getting the 1600sq ft home I wanted I ended up settling for the 1400 sq ft for the same price. The one I wanted they had a special price and they would not honor the same price for another 1600 sq ft.

I really like that my questions still get attention even a month after my purchase. After my last new build purchase with a different company, I was ghosted and questions/problems went unanswered.
