The manager that was over the build, Kevin Fry, was really helpful going over everything and even when things came up after we moved in, he was very attentive and got back to us in good time to handle things.

Starlight Homes really is making home ownership a reality in a time where a lot of people my age think they’ll never be able to own a home!

Construction of the house is terrible. So many holes/slits & cracking around several areas. Construction people didn't fix it like they said they were before I moved in. Next time I won’t sign the final walk through till it’s fixed, but I went off their word.

I had a truly great experience with Starlight Homes, from working with my sales rep, Rahiel, to the amazing lending team led by Gordon, and finally celebrating at the finish line with everything in perfect shape thanks to the construction managers, especially Logan. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process to feel overwhelming, but it went far more smoothly than I imagined. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I could genuinely feel that everyone I worked with cared about helping me through the process.

It was fast and easy. There were no hiccups along the way.

Small cosmetic errors due to speed of build - things feel unfinished.

Build quality is good. Sales and support is excellent. Handover process is great. Location is very good.
However some corners are cut while building as below that can be improved upon:
1. Master bath has space for double sink but only one sink is provided. The sales argued that it gives more storage and other useful space which does not make sense when the space under the left and right counter top has no dealers but only blank face plate leading to loss if that space!
2. In my home the granite island top to too small on one side to act as counter height eating space. The legroom is too short for sitting and eating by the island!
3. It is great that appliances are provided. However, corners are cut by not providing /installing garage door opener, not painting the garage, not installing gutters, install blings only in front windows leaving naked rest all other windows!
4. Management refused to cover some buyer closing costs even though the contract terms stated that they will be covered!
5. Management did not provide me blueprints of my house plans and could not provide occupancy certificate or equivalent document.

I really appreciated the professionalism of Starlight Homes and how they approached my homeownership journey. I strongly appreciated how inclusive I was included in the whole process. That made me feel important and made me feel that I was a decision maker. I also appreciated the incentives and having an affiliated mortgage provider they worked with. That really helped a lot in the sense of timelines and if I had to go get pre-approved, that would have taken time. It expedited the entire process and provided all the documents needed for the homeownership to be streamlined. I really appreciate Starlight Homes.

I had a good overall experience with the sales reps; they were not pushy, and the one who oversaw the construction was great. I did not have bad vibes. The walkthrough—anything I did not like, they addressed.

Colton was a true professional in assisting us with our processes in purchasing our house. He was very meticulous in every detail with any minor discrepancies while inspecting the house. He was very thorough and concise with the warranties and house warranty as well. I felt like he took ownership of our house with us. Colton is a true professional and merits a raise for his attitude and professionalism.
