I love the professionalism and promptness of my concerns and needs.

I wasn't told up front Construction would block my internet. I work from home and security cameras rely on internet. Twice Construction has cut my internet wires, which internet provider has filed a claim for.

I hope future clients have a more favorable experience than I did. The garage, which is unexpectedly compact, proved insufficient for accommodating two mid-sized vehicles, a fact I only discovered upon occupancy. My attempts to convey this concern to the construction team were met with the assertion that no similar issues had been reported within the community. However, my primary focus remains on my specific property. The air conditioning system has once again malfunctioned. This situation is quite unsatisfactory for a newly constructed residence. Nevertheless, the community itself is commendable.

Although the homes are very cookie cutter, it was exactly what I was looking for. Cheap and affordable, but not too cheap where I feel unsafe.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend, but not based off of the quality of build, but if they're looking for a good finance option.

I like the fact that Trent, took care of all my questions and answered them in a timely manner. Even when I moved in he has been consistent. I recommend a home to my brother as well and he has since closed on his home here in Kendall woods also.

Although not perfect, it is a well built home.

The process from start to finish was fairly quick and mostly easy. Within 30 days, we were approved and moved into our new home.

Houses are rushed the build not focus on detail quality and effort of quality. The purpose of quality is the buiilder seeing every detail to the edges and corners and also paint coatings to see if the paint is coated correctly.

the rep is only interested in getting you to sign a contract into buying the homes, after that sold sign is placed on the lot. You never hear from the rep again. Empty promises from beginning to end.

This process was stress free and sweatless. We have been telling everyone about how wonderful our experience was....you guys made this purchase attainable for us as we thought we'd never be home owners!

The sales person Mark was the primary reason we would not recommend this builder. The secondary reason is the fact that it took three inspections to get the home in livable condition before we moved in. So I would say the build quality would be the secondary reason.
