Based on my experience, the entire process was very smooth. The offer was tailored to meet our needs—for example, although we had funds available for a down payment, we were not required to provide one. This flexibility was extremely helpful, especially in making the monthly payments manageable compared to what we were paying in rent. Their support truly made it easier for us to move forward.

It appears my floors may be starting to buckle. Give buyers an option of carpet or not. I have to pay to get some of the carpet removed.

The paint used should be a better quality

I would recommend highly but have my critiques about the way some things were handled with both my father’s house, a couple houses down from me, and mine.

Not able to select options for interior of house and appliances are all bottom tier, fridge is pathetically small. No options add more Cabinets to kitchen instead of the pointless window in the kitchen. No garage door opener included.
