I had a very good experience with HD to Precision. All went quicker than expected.

I would recommend. The product is great. The text messages regarding scheduling are a little absurd, it makes it sound like if a day won’t work then your project could be pushed back significantly however both times the next day was available so there was no reason to change my schedule around to make a day work. Would be better to give a few days that are available and let customer pick. Installers were great.

The countertop material and installation are wonderful. More expensive than other options but worth every penny. When you consider how long you will live with the new counters the higher cost is justified.

Precision was great in everything, except delivery and installation of the project. We thought this would be done by at least Thanksgiving, it's still not done. Things continually are delayed, we ask Ashley to please try to get this done sooner, but it seems we are Precision's lowest priority, even though we have payed and been kept waiting and waiting. All the while we still cannot use our house and are living in an RV.

I believe the communication in a large project such as a countertop which is expense and time and consideration on how it’s gonna fit in the environment. It’s being placed is very important. The customer plays a role in this, and I believe that this company did a fine job in communicating to the Home Depot staff on how to put together the package that included the countertop information in it and then the manufacturer did an outstanding job with up-to-date timely communication

All the people from this company were very professional and extremely proficient. Hats off to all three of them from the template to installation

Beautiful counter tops very professional on time as expected

They were in and out quickly, the countertops are beautiful and better quality than we expected. You wouldn’t even know there was a seam! They protected the work area and left it sparkling clean when they left with clear instructions on care.

I liked the work. The communication was a bit difficult because everything is done via text. I never did get a final estimate, nor did I get a final invoice. I still have not seen the refund that was due to me. I am currently inquiring about that.

This was a major purchase for our customer. Precision Countertops clearly recognizes this. Setting customer expectations and regular communication was key in ensuring the customer was happy with their purchase.

The countertops chip and stain very easily.

The delivery and installation were fine. I had just painted my cabinets dark blue and they got pretty scuffed/dinged up in the installation, but that wasn't surprising and I will repaint as needed.
The sample of the quartz I chose had lovely dark blue and beige veining on a white background, and I was expecting the same overall density in the countertops, but the veining is much more "here and there", a lot of it being closer to just white in large areas. That was rather disappointing. If I had been warned that that could the case, I might have chosen a different quartz. But it's still pretty. I am planning on deep blue tile for the backsplash and that will brighten it up. My new sink, which is black, is a good contrast against the white, too.
I didn't talk with Precision Countertop folks about the quartz itself, but what we did discuss was clear and fine.

Provide guidelines on radius for corner cuts and more details on installation expectations.
