Paragon did a great job of replacing our old wooden deck with a new composite deck that looks great. The use of their online project management tool kept us apprised of the status of the project then entire time with daily updates on what was accomplished and what to expect next. The entirety of the project was well documented in the tool

It was helpful for someone who is putting the future of their house into someone else's hands that they trust the people they work with.
