The communication that they gave during the project with how are we doing, did we run into an issue, do we have to adjust something? It was total communication. Additional Comments - I think to sum up what I tell people, Paragon's attention to detail, communication, and their ownership of what they do is beyond anything I've ever experienced. If there is ever a question where they have to come back and maybe repair or change something, they just do it. They own the work that they do and stand by the work that they do. Throughout the project, the team at Paragon was open to ideas and did a very good job of communicating with us. We are also impressed with the commitment and expertise of the work crews. They do an excellent job and speak highly of the relationship they have with Paragon.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This was a drainage project, so different options were considered for where to place the runoff pipe. We discussed options with the project manager and the team lead and decided on the route which would best handle the water runoff (which ended up being different from the originally proposed plan). The expertise of the installers helped generate the best outcome. The real test, of course, will be whether the drainage system works as planned when we have the next period of heavy precipitation.
