I had trouble getting the original estimate and called on Pam to trouble shoot for me. Also, the completion was about 2 weeks late which delayed listing the house for sale.Otherwise the work is very satisfactory.

    Once project was going, it was followed to completion. Quality of tile work is good.

    We have surveyed customers on behalf of Owens Construction in Worthington, OH; Powell, OH; Columbus, OH; Upper Arlington, OH; New Albany, OH; Grandview Heights, OH; Delaware, OH; Dublin, OH; Westerville, OH; Galena, OH; and 3 other cities in Ohio.

    In this report, Owens Construction has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in January 2017. In that time, 54 out of 81 customers (67%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in March 2019.

    Owens Construction surveys all of their customers with the following exceptions:
