From meeting with the rep to having the bath installed went smoothly. After installation I called customer service and it went down hill. Bill was rude and didn't answer my question regarding a longer shower hose. Just basically sId no and hung up on me.
Your salesman tell you a different story than what really happens.
I would very likely recommend this company due to the team that not only completed the 10 new windows, but fixed the problem from the previous 6. We are both very happy.
The installers did a great job and the cabinets look great!

Great people but too pushy with wanting people to schedule an appointment ASAP followed by too many texts and phone calls - do not like how you make us rate the salesperson just helping to schedule an appointment with them right in front of us and how you do that for the window installers too - awkward for all & you aren’t getting a true response since it’s awkward for all…
Salesperson Brad was great but we were not expecting him to be at our house for 3 hours - this is way too long and the presentation was very sales pitchy and awkward and just too long. We should have been informed it would be this long as our time is limited during the week working full-time jobs.
I wasn’t told by anyone that my windows would have to be flush to the trim before they were ordered and installed which is not a typical look for windows based on numerous people I asked - so now I have to invest in new blinds as well and was not planning this expense plus I don’t like the look of blinds over the windows & would not have invested this much money had someone been upfront with me that this would be the case. You owed me this explanation prior to purchasing the windows.
The installers were great and Andy Zook was helpful.

I am so happy with my new walk-in tub. I used it as soon as possible after the recommended wait-time, and it has made bath time much easier and more comfortable. Now, at 84 years old, I can once again get in and out of the tub independently. Being able to sit during my bath or shower has made it safer and less tiring. Thank you for the speed of service, hard work, excellent craftmanship, and kind service throughout my experience.
We liked that the shower with done in one day. The technicians and plumber, supervisor of project were very pleasant and clean up the mess . Very pleased with our shower.

I am very disappointed in Mad City's customer service from the moment a contract was signed, Adam our sales guy would take days to answer questions or even return my calls. He also informed us you all would come do an official measure of the door, but failed to mention they would plan to rip the trim off the wall like my home was a demo site. No scoring of caulk lead to chunks of the wall being damaged and areas where you can tell a crow bar was pushed into my drywall damaging the surrounding area unnecessarily. As someone who has done many of home projects I understand the challenges of removing trim, but this work was sloppy and caused unnecessary damage. Then after he was done measuring nails were left sticking out of my of the trim for over 6 weeks where myself and my family could be harmed by them. Not to mention how upset I was looking at this damage everyday for over 6 weeks while I waited for my door to come in. When I discussed this with Adam, he didn't not answer my daily call for 4 days in a row or my text that I sent him on the day of the measure. Then when he finally did get back to me all he had to say was oh they will replace the trim. On the day of install Hugo and his crew showed up and we're very clean and courteous to my home, prepping the job site laying down tarps inside and out of my home, but unfortunately spoke no English which made this transaction seemingly difficult. Slightly upsetting that mad city completed the rest of the transaction with me in English and knowing I spoke English at this point to send a crew into my home that spoke no English. Now I do not have and issue with Hugo or his crew but the fact that Mad City would tell me that on the day of the install someone would walk through the job with me before and after the work was complete to then send a crew who did not speak the language I did at all other communications looks bad and made it extremely challenging. After Hugo and his crew left I received a phone call from a field Manager, Ryan who asked how Carlos did on my door install. There was no Carlos here. The field manager then proceeded to tell me I should give said Carlos a five star review so he can stay with mad city and also receive his bonus. Threatening a customer with one of your installers keeping their job is unprofessional and disrespectful. I informed the field manager that after the crew had left that we had noticed there was no secondary lock on the door that Adam had told us the door would come with. He informed me he knew nothing of this and would get back to me. The day following the install I received a call from Brad asking me how many people Hugo had with him. For a company who claims all their installers are W2 employees I would think you should know how many people came to my house from your company. None the less I do enjoy the door regardless of the missing piece I am still waiting to hear back on, but found Mad city's operations to be unorganized and unprofessional making it very unlikely to recommend mad city to my friends and family.

The service was excellent! Reuben did a fantastic job of removing the tub and installing the new shower. There was a disconnect on the shelving to be installed. However, installation manager assured me that would be addressed.
I am well pleased on how the kitchen cabinets turned out the quality is definitely a 10 . I would recommend mad city for cabinets refacing Mike and Chris Detty were the techs they did a fantastic job
I can only say that so far Allie good so far but this is sizable investment that will take a couple years to know for sure.
