We like the lifetime warranty. They also have a service department that will come to us should there be any problems in the future. The installers arrived on time and did a great job!

The service we received was amazing The team was friendly, had great work ethic, and answered all our our questions. They cleaned up and left everything the way they found it. Would highly recommend.

Mad City followed through on everything they offered. Very organized process.

We only had Mad City salesperson come to do a presentation. We decided that day to use them.

It was done wrong and now I have to wait for it to be done right for a couple weeks or so and wasn’t offered anything for the mistake just so it will take longer gave to wait for a reorder and that was it. Very disappointed. And now I’m getting billed before it’s even completed. Not happy

Joey, Xavier, Marco where very nice, helpful, friendly and professional. They explained how my basement windows and my new sliding door works. They cleaned up their mess and made me involved with the whole installation process. Such nice guys. I would refer Mad city to my friends. Great quality. Thank you Mad City

The installers were good craftsmen, and friendly neat courteous, the product is excellent quality, but the information prior to purchase was lacking, for instance the effects of hard water residue on the ceiling panels and also the fact that post installation the adhesive lines become visible post shower, they disappear shortly after but it’s a little unnerving after what for me was a major purchase . And the response from the field supervisor was that it’s a common thing and I should consider taking Luke warm showers , not exactly the kind of a response I was expecting from a representative of the company, maybe I need to look into improving my sense of humor, but I think if we would have been better informed about the entire system and what to expect I probably would have not incorporated the ceiling ? As a whole because of my particular situation I feel that I can’t say that I’m 100% satisfied.

Two installations were done, the second six month past original commitment. The first was very professional, the second (different crew) was less so.

Quality product and service from initial contact to completed installation. I'm a retired professional and lifelong handyman and extremely picky about my work. They did not disappoint me and I'm very impressed with the entire organization. The cost was worth it to me to get top notch product and service.

I was nervous about choosing a company. Mad City has been wonderful. Logan Cleaver was a personable and patient salesman who did not try to pressure me into a purchase as I had experienced with other companies. Nate came into our home to do the work and was respectful and professional the entire time. We are two weeks from the bath to shower conversion and I couldn't be happier. Nate did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Almost completely redone project with 2nd crew. 1st install crew took 2+ weeks to do (not even complete) a project I was told was going to be 4 days. Then I was asked to sign completion contract 5 times over multiple days before the project even looked to be finished. I was told to finish it myself in the end by first installers and given the caulking they were using.
I would maybe recommend if they stand by their warranty but I’m not sure yet on if they do.
Molly did what she could to make experience right but it was too little too late.
