Intex was founded in 1991 by Joe Bauschelt, who's vision for the company was to carve a niche as a builder who cares about the communities in which they build. Designs feature variations of “Bungalow” style homes - built to connect neighbors, open-up communities, and bring back "front porch living" - with a modern and elegant twist. This approach proved to be a successful and award-winning strategy where the company was founded in Oregon. Now, Intex and Bauschelt bring this concept to Phoenix.
