Overall we really love our home and would use Green Tech again in the future!
For the price we paid for the house, we were expecting a better quality. The final result of waiting over 8 months is way far from the quality we saw on the model house.
It’s beautiful project, design, concept but with a low quality.
From sales to design to construction, the whole team was great to work with and made the process very easy.
My husband and I had a really great experience with greentech and we love our house so much!! They communicated very thoroughly, everyone was so so nice, and our home is stunning — We’re so happy to be living in it!
We are happy with the home they built.
Our experience to this point with the sales and design team has been outstanding!
Throughout the entire process of obtaining the home of our dreams, we have had nothing short of Excellent presentations and support in helping us make design and structural issues decisions.
My family has 3 homes now in heritage walk. My 1 year old house currently has our living room and laundry room floors ripped up due to 3 floods we have had from our washing machine due to GreenTech not insulating the laundry room pipes on the outside wall causing the pipes to freeze and flood our home.
This house had a major crack in the foundation through two rooms and even though pics were sent and reported to Green Tech they continued the build process putting up walls over the crack.
The other home had multiple issues including a 1/2 bath sink the was completely off center and GreenTech refused to fix. Windows were also crooked and mismatched windows installed.
Paint added to the outside of the house is a different color and was not acknowledged.
It was a very good experience starting from sales until the design phase..
Great service, quality, and design options. We enjoyed working with everyone involved.
When first meeting with your agent I told her I wanted a yard for my grandkids. I wanted a place for my dog to run and possibly a pool. I was informed that the lot we were looking at could accommodate all those things. Fast forward 9 months.....the house is on a large slope with a retaining wall that a child could fall off of. I love the house but the yard is more than less desirable!!
Both Scott Thompson and our designer Anna Kosky exceeded my expectations by being really professional and making the process simple. So far, Wesley has also been fantastic.
From our initial meeting with Kate Jung along with our realtor, we looked at various Greentech Properties and it was apparent that they build quality homes and are concerned with customer satisfaction. For us it was finding the right location which Heritage Walk is.
Hunter Smith, the project manager, is incredible. He is the only reason I would suggest Greentech; his attention to detail and concern for the customer are exceptional.
Mike and his team of contractors get 5-stars!
Horrible experience with punch list and warranty items
For this to be a new home, there are a lot of defects. We have had to call to get remedied. Greentech is a new facility subdivision, and we have no idea how to get a hold of HOA. There were a lot of problems at the closing of the house.
Greentech Homes was upfront and easy to work with.
Everything Wesley did was 100% right. Except it felt Green Tech rushed him and our home was not fully cleaned and done properly towards the end.
1 week before closing, we were told our community would be managed by an HOA. Was never disclosed prior and not having an HOA was the reason we chose this house in this neighborhood. Simply unethical business.
It's been a year since we closed. Greentech has not addressed all of our punch list items, and they have not addressed any of our warranty items.
I would recommend Greentech Homes, they have so many beautiful choices of floor plans, exteriors, and interior choices.
The entire process from sales to closing was smooth. Everyone from Greentech Homes LLC was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Very responsive and thorough.
The build process was fine. We enjoyed the weekly calls with updates. However, all good will was lost once we closed and several issues with the build became evident. There is a lack of urgency to resolve issues and I’m frankly baffled by several construction decisions (unlevel floors, AC design, ability to open a floor to ceiling window which a safety concern, inability to close a window with a suction cup). The lack of thought in terms of how the community would operate once complete. For example, we were unbale to procure city trash cans and then Greentech removed the dumpsters. Keep in mind I was told at the closing table by the Greentech representative that I needed to call 311 to have my trash cans delivered. Why recommend something that you didn’t validate? Additionally, the dog park that’s missing a fountain with pipes sticking out of the group and an orange cone. I would have also thought of a trash solution for this area as well vs. the piles of pop bags piled on a corner that’s there now. Misleading advertisements of multiple firepits, only to find out there is one firepit. Expectations of a mural on the back wall that was communicated by multiple Greentech employees, and we are hearing that’s probably out of scope for the development.
