They found one problem with a window and they called it in. Someone did come back out and fix that. I am very happy with...

    The quality of the material is good, customer service is good as far as I'm concerned but the installers are not so good. It depends on who you get but working with management I found to be very good.

    FHIA has a great business model but I don't think they vet their installers. They need to really look at their installers and not make people give glowing recommendations and pay upfront before the work stars.

    I would suggest choosing another option for that price. It was very expensive. It was actually the most expensive project we had completed on our home. I am not happy with the product.
