We are happy with the beautiful windows, the installers were great, they did come out being beautil!

Everything was completed so perfectly!! From the original sales call to the installation, the supervision checks, everything was done so well, I can't get over how clean the areas were kept (actually cleaner than when then the installers got here!!) I am impressed beyond words.

I have already been telling everyone about my beautiful new shower installed by Renuity and posting pictures.

I was happy with the installation process. The tech covered the floors keeping the work area clean, asked me about placement of fixtures - shelf, grab bar, and shower head. I waited the 24 plus hours to use the shower but was startled that the shower pan became slick after I turned on the water. I'm happy that I was quick enough to grab the safety bar and keep myself upright. Since part of this installation is for senior safety and ease of use, I am very concerned. No mention was made of this possibility during the sales conversation or installation. I've have tried to make contact with the Sales rep Chaz Moreau about this concern but have failed to reach him. After one of my calls, he did text back that he was with a client and would get back to me. He has not done so yet.

We will definitely recommend Renuity to our friends who are looking to install new windows. Our experience with them was top notch. Every step of the way was done with high quality. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable. Michael and Javier was our installation team and they did a fantastic job!

The workers were professional, the job was done, cleanly and the windows are a good quality. Follow up of some minor issues was taken care of immediately.

The price was a high the only reason i did it was because of the interest free financing and lifetime warranty. I would gladly accept a $1000.00 refund. The sales and installation team did an excellent job!!!!!

Very smooth process. Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Cleaned up everything. Went over warranty again and made sure all questions were answered.

I’m still waiting for a call back from a sales manager regarding the “70% off bathroom installation promotion that was not mentioned/applied to my sale. It’s been 2 weeks since I called and was told a mgr would contact me, and previously a month ago, I spoke with a representative that told me they needed to reach out to my sales associate and that he would call, but that never happened, which is why I asked for a mgr 2 weeks ago. I followed up 5 days ago and was told to call back the following day, since they were about to close. Why the **** do I need to keep calling back when I’ve been told a Renuity employee would be contacting me?!?! My oroject coordinator during the project was also hard to get a response from, taking 2+ days to return a call/text, or sometimes not ever responding. The lack of communication and ignoring customer problems makes me very leary of recommending your company to anyone! Maybe I’ll finally get a call back once this is read?!

First and foremost, the actual product of finish on my kitchen cabinets is disgusting and not worth 50% of what I paid- the only good part of this whole ordeal is the quality of work the installers did, absolutely excellent--- EXCELLENT WORK. LOUSY PRODUCT- you asked, I told you.

Our shower renovation was completed in a very professional manner. It was on time, on budget and the workmanship was superb. Our house was left very clean and the installers were wonderful!

Our entire experience with Renuity from our initial visit with Rob Batchelder has been great. We were kept apprised of every step from our HOA approval to scheduling to Team Renaldo doing a fantastic job installing our windows. I would absolutely recommend Renuity to any family, friend or stranger.
