It was a positive experience from the sales to the completion of my job. They were able to install on my preferred date and my Project Manager Randy was amazing at keeping communication regarding my job.

When the installers arrived, they carefully prepped the work areas. Their work was difficult as everything in my house is non-standard. They were meticulous!

Professionals love the walk on tub

We really like the finished product. Josh was very good to us. He kept us updated on what was happening with our order and installation. He took care of issues with installers. There were two or three times the installers arrived and good not complete the job because they either had the wrong parts or missing parts. In hindsight, I would have had a professional painter come in and just paint the cabinets. I had hoped that for the delays to reorder the right or missing parts, we would be given a reduction in the cost for the job.
