The product quality is very good. I’ve used FHIA for two home improvement projects and I am happy with the quality of the products.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with the service I received from beginning to end of my beautiful windows being installed. What I love the most is that I do not hear the outside noise or cars driving by. I love that my home is much warmer since my windows were installed, and I look forward to this summer knowing my home will hold the cool air inside from the southern heat.

Every timeline was met. Issac’s craftsmanship is outstanding. The personnel were all pleasant to deal with. I appreciated that the company regularly contacted me with status reports.

The only reason I gave a rating of nine is due to the ability of Chris Benjamin to allay most of my concerns. Also his grasp of customer service is what I expect of someone representing a company trying to get a potential customer to make a significant investment through the purchase of that companies product.

From start(Scott Saucier) to finish(Patrick and Jeremy(?)?everything was top notch. All were respectful of our home and kept us posted throughout the installation

Installation and installers were great. Pre install communications were lacking and a change in CC fee charge was not communicated. All were satisfactory but still awaiting credit
