Very simple 1st class all the way

There was miscommunication that resulted in the company replacing my old handicap shower with a new NON-HANDICAP shower pan. The lip is too high to maneuver over with a walker. This was partially my fault because I didn’t catch this when I signed off on the purchase. It never dawned on me that a professional remodeling company would take OUT a handicap accessible shower pan and replace it with one that is 6 inches high!
In all fairness, they were going to remove the already installed high shower pan and replace it, but I came up with a solution that solved the problem by having grab bars installed that would allow me to enter the shower sideways. These were installed 10 days later, and the situation is resolved.
My suggestion is to pay attention to what you are ordering and not assume the sales rep is selling you what THINK you’re getting. I did get a $300 discount for my install.
BTW: a conglomerate now owns the major bath remodeling businesses. Check it out on Google.

The workers who did the install did not know english well enough to communicate with them making it difficult for them to understand what we wanted. It seemed the one installer wasn't listening to us. So this made the experience not as good as it could have been.

The duo working on the project were punctual and very careful not to track dirt and mud into the house as they worked. It rained off and on throughout the project and they would keep going during periods it slacked up. In addition, the old windows proved more difficult to remove than anticipated which took much more labor and time than estimated. They definitely worked through some challenges and everything worked out great. We love the new look of the windows.

Fast and professional

The installers, Sergio, Edgar and Ernesto Silver were a great team. They immediately went to work and installed the windows and sliding door in a matter of hours. They were proficient and working like a conveyor belt. They cleaned up thoroughly around their work areas as well as in the front and back yards. WOW. Professionals from start to finish. They’re to be commended for the fine work they performed.

there were way too many delays, and it took an extra 3-1/2 months to complete the cabinets. also, the installers did a great job, but left a mess for us to clean, except the last day, when their supervisor was also here.

My window job turn out Beautifully, from the sales presentation to the final inspection! Will be getting more windows from Renuity!
