I am still waiting for the front window; it came in broken. My regular installer, Rafael, did an awesome job installing the windows. However, after the county inspector arrived and checked, Sebastian sent two other people to install the side strips, but they forgot to install the strips for the kitchen window. I had called and texted the representative or manager, with no response.

WINDOWS TURNED OUT VERY NICELY. IT IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT OVER OLD WINDOWS.

Very professional, they protected our home & after the install, cleaned up all the surrounding area, although there was minimal dust or construction mess, they cleaned it all up. We are happy with results.

FHIA has done a great job managing our sliding door replacement project. We had 3 large sliders replaced and they are beautiful! We didn’t realize how noisy our neighborhood was until the noise was taken away by quality sliders. They have taken care of everything making it very easy to be their customer.
