Cobex Construction Group had incredibly poor communication and organization. The crew that came to complete the roof damaged the gutters and didn't explain what they were doing. They damaged my yard art, but didn't say anything about it. They left nails around the property, and I am still finding stuff. They said the area would look like they hadn't even been there when we were sold the package. We were not satisfied. They did not finish part of the project, and we were supposed to send someone out to fix the gutters because they were installed incorrectly. There is a lack of communication, and it took over a month to finish the project. They left shingles, nails, and a nail gun that has been here since October 30th.

I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family they exceeded all my expectations.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Photos were taken before, during and after to show the condition and debris in the valleys which was the cause of the leak and roofing effort

After the team said the fixed the leak and left I saw several tiles that had not been put back correctly. Even though I spent a lot of money to have the valleys also cleaned, a lot of debris (broken/cut tile, nails, moss, etc.) had been left in the main valley in front and also at the base. The team had blown a lot of debris into the gutters that resulted in fully clogging up the main downspout. Also, nails and grease were left on my driveway. I had to go out and pick up all the nails so we would not get a flat tire. They also crushed one of my sprinkler lines. I notified your company immediately and was told a cleanup crew would be here the next day. They did not show up and I was not informed until late that day that they would not be arriving until then next day now which resulted in me wasting a full day off. When the one worker arrived, he notified that the downspout was completely clogged with at least three feet of the pipe blocked and he had to remove the entire downspout from the wall to clean it. Also, when it was reinstalled, it looks to be jammed into the gutter and the mounting bracket was never installed back to support it. After he was done, the quality control worker came and had to still work on issues but said the leak was fixed. That was on Tuesday, November 11 which resulted in me having to take another full day off of work. Late Thursday November 13/Early Friday November 14, the same leak that was supposed to have been fixed as well as a larger leak in the same area happened. A new crew came out and worked on it resulting in me having to take another day off (3rd day). On Sunday, November 16, I found a bunch of nails, screws and broken tile that had washed into the gutter in the area that they had worked on in addition to more broken pieces of tile that were trapped in the spot where the valley meets the gutter. I spent a lot of money to have your company not only fix the leak (which was not done the first time) and also to clean the valleys which was not done correctly due to the amount of material that is coming down from them in the rain. After every rain since job was completed, I am still pulling out nails/screws/pieces of broken tile and moss debris from the gutter so the valleys were not cleaned correctly after I paid a lot of money to have them done.

Communication was really good, everyone was really friendly.

Work on communication with client and each other. The crew showed up about four hours after the scheduled time with no communication that they were going to be that late.

When we signed contract for the job, we were told it would start on a particular day. That day came and no one showed up when I called. We weren’t even on the books at that time we were fit in and told it would take between 3 to 4 days and it would be completed before the rain was about to start. That again did not happen. There were days when people didn’t show up or they showed up late and then left the communication between the workers and myself was very limited and I felt like our project was not a priority.

The project was scheduled and completed on the day right before a week of rainy days. It's crucial that the weather was checked by the team and a great timing was considered, or we would encounter a very bad damage to the roof and ceiling in the following days. Great work and quality, we no longer see leakage during the rainy week.

Whenever you have an issue, they are right on top of things. They follow up on any problems you might have.

The people who installed the roof did a good job. I think the person who was supposed to follow up after the roof was done didn't do a good job of that. I still have a lot of supplies that have not been picked up. The man cancelled a couple of times. He was injured one time, and I was in the hospital once. I didn't think they followed up as good as they could have.

Very pleased with the team members from initiate contact to obtain a quote to the final inspection. Cobex jept me appraised with every step, their crews were thorough in each aspect of completing the job and cleaning my property each day.

A patch job which is fine. There was a board that was rotted with an electric line that was kept dangling from the ceiling - kind of odd with no mention. Clean up was done one day later than expected on a Saturday which we were out of town and were unable to have our car removed from the driveway. The car was damaged yet manager states that this was not from workers yet dent not from another vehicle - sad that it is a he said she said situation and now I need to repair my vehicle for unplanned extra work day that we were not at home to “watch” workers

The results of both our outside house painting & deck projects look great. I appreciate you allowing staff to work on quality in a safe manner instead of rushing through the projects we had done. I also appreciated your workmen explaining everything to me when I checked in with them.

I appreciate the flashing job on chimney and bedroom window that was so close to roof.would highly recommend to anyone needed a roof replacement.

Project wasn't completed in the 4-6 days stated in contract. It was hard to get people on the customer service line

At this point I would recommend Cobex to a friend but I am still waiting for the final permit inspection. It's taking a while

They do good quality work. They stayed within their quote and did an excellent job.

Their bid on the job beat the other two I had gotten by a country mile. Top that with efficient, quality work and materials, great communication and cleanup, and I could not be more pleased with the complete project. I would highly recommend.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone to this company. I was treated amazing and with respect and appreciation. I feel like they communicate effectively and take great care of their customers. The crew that came out to the house to install/repair the roof, were extremely polite, worked hard, and they did an amazing job. Quality Work!!! They definitely care about their customers, their customers opinions, and feelings as well. Overall great professional company and they do quality work and with a warranty to top it off… Thank you so much… :)
