I would definitely recommend this company if anyone asked me about it. I've already convinced a friend that if they decide to replace their windows, they will go with Capital Construction.

Our initial point of contact was exceptional as the team and my spouse and I navigated project-concepts and affordability. When our original design plans were first delayed, then impeded by the town’s building inspector, we revisited the original design and everyone at Capital Construction pitched in to create something beautiful in accord with our budget and vision. Demo started on time as did construction. Workmanship and expertise blew us away. Additionally, worksite remained safe and our build-team tirelessly cleaned everything prior to departure each day. They added extra time and days when weather caused delays. Response to inquiries, our interest in design adjustments were tended immediately with stellar result. We are beyond happy with our beautiful decks, as well as policy to return asap should we find anything amiss. Which we have not.

Good work

Job completed in October. In December, parts were see to have fallen off. Support pieces under the bottom horizontal rails and the collars around the posts (where the post meets the decking) broken and falling off.
Called Dec. 18, was told "a crew will there tomorrow". Currently Jan 6, no crew, no call or update.
Having the deck falling apart after only 2 months is very disappointing considering the price we paid.
We understand it's winter, and we understand scheduling is a challenge, but a phone call with accurate information and updates when changes happen is what we expect.

They were very efficient.

They responded, evaluated, and had supplies delivered quickly. Options were presented with aesthetics and budget in mind. The job was completed within 2 weeks of initial contact. Phenomenal communication and stellar work.

Everything went as planned Capital Construction had the team that could do all of the permitting necessary. I was kept well informed by my project manager. The construction crew was incredibly efficient and very polite. My new deck is gorgeous. I can’t wait to show it off.
