I have used BK Martin on three major home-improvement projects and several smaller projects on two different houses, and have been very satisfied on each occasion. Kyle Martin and his staff keep on schedule, keep the job-site clean, promptly answer questions and address concerns, and are mindful of doing the job in the most efficient and economical manner while still providing a quality product. As an attorney practicing construction law as a specialty, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to contractors, and BK Martin is in the very-very-good category. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

BK Martin Construction, lead by Kyle and Ozzie designed and constructed a radiant electric fireplace from "SimpliFire". It is capable of not only area heating, but also of projecting multi-colored glowing side L.E.D lights. Custom built white painted bookshelves connected by a mantel are on both sides of the beautiful fireplace . The original fireplace bricks below the mantel are covered with premium black absolute granite. All-in-all, this is a stunning job.

Additional Comments - Kyle and Oz were concerned with every detail. Kyle even bought accessories for cleaning the granite surrounding the electric fireplace installed. The delight at the end of the project was a bottle of splendid Apothic Red 2013 Red Wine. This company is top shelf from start to end of project.

From the first visit with Kyle, he listens to your ideas and takes them very seriously. You immediately feel comfortable with him. He then seems to somehow know and can visualize and translate your wishes and your feelings into concrete drawings and materials. I have hired him four times now for that very reason. He has great people working for him and they are very pleasant and like-able. They seem just as interested in your project as Kyle does. They take pride in their work which is something you do not always get.
