We have had numerous issues with our home and when we asked for multiple items to be fixed- we were told they were unable to. A few of these items are our screen door and outdoor hose slicker ( both items were installed incorrectly when we moved in, but they refuse to do anything).

In general, I do like the design of my home and the overall construction of it. The neighborhood is nice.

More oversight on sub contractors, quality etc.

I was expecting better during and post-sale service, with someone following up on the sale. After the transaction I didn't hear back from anybody, and I was hoping for a bit more engage seller.

Well, now that I closed on the house me and my wife regret going with Ashton woods. I’m being serious as a heart attack. I was promised so many things that did not happen. I don’t have all of it in text messages, but I do have some of it in text messages, but I do have witnesses that heard conversations of things that I was promised that did not happen thankfully I hired a third-party inspector because it seems like there’s little to no QCQA that I saw communication wasn’t there between the project manager and the customer along with a lot of other things which I would be willing to go more in depth, if need be.

There were four pipes, and they were really well-priced. They are priced differently based on the community and demand, and they also don't want that price.

This is the 6th house I’ve purchased, and the 4th new build- AW was so easy to work with and makes a great quality home! It’s been 6 weeks since I moved in and everything is awesome! Travis Stanforth did a great job overseeing this build and making sure it was perfect. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the AW team is rare in this day and age. Well done, Ashton Woods!

Their customer service is fantastic with the sales and warranty. Addison with warranty was fantastic to work with. Tinisha was the sales representative . She was fantastic, personable, and not pushy. Addison was very thorough, personable, great to work with, and stayed on top of everything.

I liked the floor plans for the homes their current building and prices were in line with what they were going for.

Repairs no set time hot or miss if someone shows up, communication could be improved.

It was a very easy process with great communication.

The quality of the home and neighborhood is very nice.

I do like our new house and everyone has been really nice and friendly. I have a real problem with front yard no grass, only weeds. We are untitled to start out with grass with our new home. We then will maintain in the future

Everything was handled very professionally and respectfully

The process to schedule the final walkthroughs was a little clunky. However, both Jeff and Keith were very thorough and patient with us and our realtor during the whole process.

Still waiting for my warranty work to be done... The lack of care by you guys is amazing.

I would recommend Ashton Woods for the care and guidance we received from the employees. The construction manager is amazing. You have one year to have any problems going on that will be resolved. And they have come to fix a few things immediately. Very helpful and efficient.

They are absolutely excellent.

I've had no issues dealing with Ashton Woods at any part of the home buying process, through the first year, and with dealing on the 1-year warranty for the build. I'm very happy to have an Ashton Woods home.

First off the heat wasnt working then the a/c was out for 2 weeks. I spoke to everyone and anyone and there was no sense of urgency at all. Finally the a/c was fixed and to our shock the attic was never insulated at all!!! They did send a company out to blow insulation into the attic rather quickly but how was this possible?! Was the attic never inspected. Now we worry and wonder about mold since the house was in the 80’s for about 2 weeks. Oh and still wondering where the garage door openers are… we never got those either. I am extremely disappointed with this whole ordeal. So no i would never ever recommend this company/builder to anyone… ever!!

I have been recommending them to everyone I know. They are very nice and kind, and they make things work for us. Savannah is excellent.
