The house is beautiful and built to be functional.
Ashton Woods Homes is hands down the best choice for anyone looking to building their dream home, delivering top-tier quality, affordability, and outstanding customer service.
Love the design of the home. Staff and builder was amazing .
Yes. But they need to improve regarding the closing process and ensuring that payments are transferred correctly and within a timeframe. Because I left my parents, requested the payment several times, and my request was not granted. Therefore, there was not enough time for the payment to be credited to the creditor's account. As a result, I suffered financial losses.
From the sales office working with Jacqueline to David Simpson with Velocio who led the loan process to the ongoing updates of the build with Jojo, the Ashton Woods team provided an informative, stress-free home building and buying experience. I felt comfortable asking questions along the way, supported by a team of professionals who genuinely cared to quickly answer questions and ease any concerns.
The design of this houses are beautiful and every person involved were very helpful.
Poor quality used in Ashton woods home, the warranty process has been very frustrating. We still don't have all the repairs scheduled covered under warranty. Poor communication from ashton woods rep and contractors. Also our cabinets continue to de laminate and Ashton woods and Encore admitted they continually have issues yet they refuse to replace with the newer ones they have switched to. It's very upsetting to pay so much for a house and know now that the warranty is expired that we will have to replace all the cabinets which will be very expensive. Trying to get all the repairs made under warranty has been very frustrating and stressful.
The house was not close to ready when we moved in. I'm still cleaning paint off the floors and the trim work still looks bad after several attempts to fix it. I have to clean trash out my yard constantly and the community mail wasn't set up so we had to visit the post office 8 times in order to set it up ourselves. Price, quality, delivery, nothing luxury about it.
It’s my first time buying a house, so I don’t really know all the ins and outs. I grew up in the country, and the house I grew up in was old but had a great foundation, so I’m still learning what newer homes are supposed to be like. For now, I’m rating them a four because the foundation is great and they seem to have done a really good job. If I need anything else, Ashton Woods will help me out.
Overall the Ashton Woods development at Hammock Walk Nexton is a nice 55+ community, but I think the HOA fees are too high for the type of amenities that are available. We pay $215 per month and all we have is a couple of pickleball courts, a small dog park and a walking trail. Other parts of Nexton have pools, public rooms, exercise facilities, etc. and only pay about $88 per month. Plus we have to pay an annual fee to North Creek Residential Association of $125, making our actual monthly fee about $225.
I would recommend Ashton Woods to a friend because it is a nice quiet neighborhood and the pricing is very good. Not only that the townhomes are beautiful with a a lot of space.
Overall a pleasant experience, the floorplan designs are great, the prices seem reasonable, and the quality is good.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because their sales team and sales lady were very professional, excellent, and answered all my questions. The general contractor was very professional, was an expert, and very knowledgeable. I'm happy with the home. They weren't misleading. They made it nice and easy to purchase a home. They answered hundreds of questions and had all the patience. The sales lady always returned my calls and answered my questions.
From the start of the purchasing process, through finalizing the home and working with the project manager, everything has been seamless, perfect, and wonderful. We have been extremely happy!
Well built with a better grade of material & hardware rather than the typical builder grade which can be cheap.
Ashton Woods Homes is very good.
Jim and Shane made our whole experience awesome with Ashton woods, their friendliness and willing to help or answer questions shows how much they care about the home and the homeowner.
From start to finish, the Ashton Woods team treated me like family.
They are punctual and great in communication. Quality is good and the house was completed on schedule.
They met the timeline. They delivered on their promise of having the home built in 100 days.
The materials used in the home are cheap and I would be surprised if they last more than a few years. Light switches were not thought out and the functionality of the house doesn't flow.
Not all of my warranty issues were resolved.
One of the support columns on my back porch is sitting about 2 inches off the slab. I tried twice to have the issue resolved and both requests were rejected.
Simply amazing! Gus was incredible!
Quang was amazing through building and our warranty period.
We love our home.
