We love the house. It feels sturdy and well thought out, and it compares well against the other builders we looked at. What would make it a 5: more transparency about what's planned around the lot. Two weeks after we moved in, the wooded area behind our home was cleared for a large new development. That would have been important to know when we were deciding, even though we didn't ask the exact question.

Quality construction. Everyone we worked with was friendly, answered our questions and listened to us.

I’m disappointed with the house finishes. In two months living in I’ve already had to open service requests for everything. I had issues with sprinklers, garage doors, entrance lock and paint, shower doors, shower tiles installed poorly, all doors roughly sanded and painted, vinyl flooring with defects and squeaky, all appliances with some issue, kitchen sink, neighbors sprinklers installed in my property line, and the list goes on and on. So frustrating!

Absolutely.

Sebastian was our construction manager. He had 0 sense of urgency for a time when selling homes is difficult. After closing I had to wait an additional 3 days to get keys. Luckily I took a garage door opener during my walk or I would have been unable to access the home. The entire process just seemed unorganized. Geoff in sales has been nice and the most helpful. I have a few warranty items that are being worked through now. We will see how that experience goes. Already was tpld my driveway which is holding water underneath isnt part of the warranty.

The quality of the work among subcontractors varies greatly.

Home buying process was easy. The home options were beautiful. Love the area and scenery of the area.

I had a lot of hiccups along the way with in-house financing & getting a sewer account setup and still dealing with it. Love the house & neighborhood though!

The house is typical quickly built track home quality...but more affordable than other buildersO thi k its RIDICULOUS that a $400..00 house. DOES NOT COME WITH A PATIO SCREEN DOOR. BATHROOM FIXTURES LIKE TOWEL RACK. TP HOLDER.

The style of the houses are built unique but some are not good because of things like water gutter in the front side and other parts.

The quality of the materials and home in general seem very high

The builder has not addressed all of the items we listed on our day of closing walk through. Also, the builder has not responded to several attempts to correct issues.

Built quality is not great. Too many corners cut

Although I have only had the opportunity to work directly with Andrew, Ashton Woods’ representative, I want to recognize the outstanding service he has provided throughout the various issues and concerns we have experienced since moving into our home. Andrew has been professional, communicative, responsive, and proactive in ensuring that identified issues are addressed and corrections are completed in a timely manner. His dedication and willingness to help have been greatly appreciated.

While we continue to work on some outstanding concerns regarding the home and the overall construction experience, I want to make it clear that my feedback regarding Andrew is very positive. He has been a pleasure to work with and has demonstrated a level of customer service that deserves recognition. I hope the remaining issues will continue to be resolved satisfactorily so that we can have the positive homeownership.

workmanship of the house lacked, service from the HOA and Ashton woods communication is non existent. The warranty portal doesn't work right. I had to figure a work around to get claims to go in. Things that were promised to be done on the blue tape were not done and have taken months and constant reminders

Ashton Woods provided us the opportunity to purchase our first home for our family. We could not be more pleased with the home and all the help Ashton Woods provided us during this milestone moment for our families future.
