I've had many friends in the area who have horror stories with their non-Ashton Woods builders such issues covered under warranty that hadn't been resolved for over two years. As a result, I was nervous about how my experience would be but from the moment I stepped into Jeannie Olsen's office and subsequently working and communicating with the foreman, the designer, the tradesmen, and especially the Customer Service Representative, Kebin Ochoa, the entire experience has been literally perfect. Communication has always been outstanding and as a homeowner, it's not lost on me on how difficult it must be to maintain that constant communication and it is greatly appreciated.

We are very happy with our home and the Ashton Woods team as a whole. We have recommended Ashton Woods to family and friends and even have some who have gone under contract in our neighborhood!

Seamless project! I picked my lot and went to the showroom to pick out the things inside the cabinets, paint, floor, faucets, door handles… Etc. etc. Sign my contract end of February and moved in end of August. I did not have one problem. Brandon did an excellent job walking me through the house several times during construction and explained everything. Jessica kept me up-to-date each week sending me photos and a phone call to tell me how the house was coming along and what to expect on construction the following week. I definitely recommend!!!

Our home was beautifully built, not thrown together like legos.

The quality of their homes is very good, and the builders and employees communicated with me throughout the year. Any issue I had in that year was fixed instantly. It's a really good quality home in terms of foundation, structure, and upgrades compared to other homes.

We have lived here for one year (closed Sept 2024) paying HOA dues each month and the amenities are not completed, the sprinkler system is a mess, our sod in our yard was not rolled so is very lumpy with big divots. Additionally, we paid $303/sq foot totaling $316,950 for 1046 sq feet 2 bedroom and now Ashton Woods is selling the homes for thousands less and throwing in appliances and other incentives to the newest owners. We are so far under water in this new home and it's so disappointing. Would not recommend Ashton Woods to anyone.

EVERYTHING about ASHTON WOODS. I had seen many houses prior to Park Vue. And no matter what, the others could never compare to Park Vue and Ashton Woods. More than destiny, I can say I am very LUCKY to have landed here.

The actual townhome is so beautiful, the location fantastic and the actual people that live here at park vue community are very nice with good blend of all age groups. We have a group chat and everyone is friendly and helpful. It also keeps us informed with anything in the neighborhood.

Now the actual people behind the building of this place have far exceed my expectations and have gone went ABOVE and BEYOND to make happy and now it all makes sense why I had to choose this place. This place always spoke to me and I realize it was the good energy of this place and came from good people behind it.

Ashton Woods at Park Vue has an awesome construction department that have built HOMES and not houses. These are not sales people but people that are out there to bring good to this world.

1) Brian McGinnnis- With my not so great survey on AW initially, Brian wanted to know why and wanted to make things right. He helped fixed any issues I have noticed after I have moved in. This is not normal of any construction department. Someone at his level is way too humble to take time out of his schedule to come see issues I wanted to fix. I think this is an extraordinary act of kindness to make people happy with their homes. We need more people like Brian in this crazy world.

2) Mike Rimbey- He was very attentive to my issues for my pre-dry wall and closing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and treats his customers with respect. I am also impressed with the quality of the build and yet deliver within in time. I believe these are all above average without defects and credit goes to Mike for his project management of this beautiful community.

3) Amy Kohlier - She is helping with post move in issues and he is a great person to work with.

4) Luke Leonard- Brief interaction but he went out of his way to fix the issue I had with garbage disposal which was out of his scope of work that day. Very knowledgeable and amazing manners.

5) The construction vendors are all nice, efficient and great at their work. I felt so safe whenever they came in to my house.

6) Sharon Mosley- She was very patient with my long cold feet, answered all my questions, and never pressurized me at any point. She was not sales person but someone that was interested to get people closer to their dream home.

I felt peace of mind. Everything was smooth. I never felt they were forcing or tricking me; I felt comfortable. I was impressed by how good they were at getting me to trust them because the information was very clear.

Very disappoint with Ashton Woods

Arturo has been amazing and has made the process so smooth.

Positioning of most doors are inadequately placed causing to push into other doors, walls and/or cabinetry. During our move in builders arrived to fix some of the issues I.e painting, scratches, etc. made promises and never complied. Didn’t come back to finish the jobs. No communication. Lighting has become a big problem. Outages of light bulbs, which it’s our understanding this type of lighting should last for years. This is not the case in our home. Cheap bulbs. There has been many times we have had lightbulbs replaced. One of main concerns and biggest issue is we have absolutely NO cold running water during the summer months!! Very difficult to shower and have cold water available for our pets. Water is very scorching!! Many promises not kept. It’s hard to recommend Aston Woods at this time.

If they put carpet on the steps, they'd get 5 stars.

Overall experience with Ashton Woods was excellent, the atmosphere, the attention to detail and the open honest communication with us all the time.

Customer service and response time is very slow. Prices for comparable units have been lowered, incentives increased, and appliances, garage doors, and blinds are now given to new home buyers - whereas these were all extras we paid for in 2024. You have depreciated the value of the townhouses of the residents who purchased in 2024. I am very disappointed and if I wouldn't lose money selling my home I would strongly consider moving.

Workmanship is below average; They lowered the price substantially months after my purchase.

It’s the quality of home paired with the staff that cares about delivering on quality. They respect your investment and recognized you paid a lot and are focused on delivering to meet your expectations. I have already shared my community to friends and my social media. Talia and Steven on site and also Katie at the preferred mortgage lender have made this much more painless than I could’ve ever imagined. Honestly hassle and pain free.

Alot of dishonesty and difficulty in the process time up to closing. Kate, was very malice and rude to all parties (me, my lender, my loan orignator, and etc..)involved. I had to reach out about her to the corporate team. As a first time home owner it was not an pleasing experience. On the other hand, post move in, Brian has been great in atleast making sure things are taken care of in real time. To make this right offering some compensation for the troubles would be great.

Finish quality is OK. Baseboards for example are not done very well, caulking in and around the house is average

Rushed construction led to poor quality, as the vendors seemed to lack care.

I would definitely recommend Ashton Woods to a friend, while it was a little difficult in the beginning to make sure we were included in all of the processes that were happening since we were not close enough to drive by and see the house. It was overall as good as it could be in terms of building a home out of state.

The warranty request application has not worked since purchasing the home. I’ve had 3 issues that I’ve repeatedly sibmitted for review that still hasn’t been addressed
