The Ashton Woods Homes staff was very supportive and provided all the information needed pertaining to buying a home. The price of the home was good, and the home was in good condition. They were very helpful.

Ashton Woods claims to be committed to excellence and high-quality, which can not be further from the truth. These homes may look nice but the quality to which they are put together is garbage. I would not recommend an Ashton Woods homes to a friend I wish to keep as a friend.

We were impressed with some of the options but also disappointed that others weren’t options ie shower pan can’t be tile, just a covered porch not having to screen in.

I was not satisfied with the salesperson who handled my situation. I was misled. I was instructed to see a model at a different community. I liked it. When mines was built, everything was downgraded. Things were not delivered what was promised by Lisa. I would not recommend my friends or family to work with Lisa.

Both my Sales Rep, Tomas, and the Construction Manager, Thomas, were amazing. Was a breath of fresh air to speak to what felt like actual humans. After going though other companies and it feeling like I was just getting read to off a piece of paper, it was just nice to have actual conversation. They were both super knowledgeable about their respective craft, and were just super easy to talk to. Outside of my love for the home I purchased, the 2 of them were large reasons why I chose to purchase an AW home.

Without a doubt, and not only to my friends but also to my family! I never leave reviews, but it's truly worth doing so. My wife and I are delighted with our home and with the service provided by the warranty department! It was difficult to choose, but we would definitely choose Ashton Woods again. So, if you're reading this comment and you're thinking about buying a home from Ashton Woods, don't hesitate any longer—it's your best option!

Before we came to look at Aston Woods we considered moving to several states. We quickly narrowed our search to North Carolina and Aston Woods. Once we saw in person the AW homes we continued to look and no one came close in quality nor giving us exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for a great experience!!!
