Use better quality of building materials and quality sub contractors
I am concerned about the construction being all wood.
Quality of home
Poor quality craftsmanship doesn’t match the prices. The amount of people they have involved in the entire process creates confusion and stress.
Since we have been with Ashton Woods, they have been very responsive with taking care of complaints. The builder, Michael Riley, is a very good builder. Since we moved in, he had made sure every complaint we submit is taken care of.
Ashton Woods and their team are the best in the industry. I recommend anyone looking for a new construction home to look at their product before buying a home.
Beautiful homes and nice upgrades.
Hopefully they have a different salesperson.

Good quality construction, beautiful neighborhood and they are very quick to respond to any needs.
After moved in a week, many issues happened after another non-stop, roof leaked due to poor workmanship of shingles and messed up Breakfast area and upstairs main walkway. Air condition system was installed incorrectly and caused condensation built up and leaked in the attic. Continued to have more issues within a year.
Everything is good , but the contractors who are being used . they dont understand what we are saying where is the issue and they just go by what they know

There were Issues when we did the walk-through. We couldn't determine what was wrong. The sink was backing up water. It didn't get resolved. The dishwasher wasn't working, and it took a month to get resolved. I had to keep asking. They didn't check all the appliances. The dryer air is clogged up, and we are trying to get that resolved. Dents are in the house. Our garage is narrow and low garage. We recommend that others be very vigilant when doing a walkthrough. We saw cracks during the walk-through. Also, we were told they can't install blinds.
