Since we were traveling out of the country, we paid in full in September before two punch list items were completed. Unfortunately, the inspector from North Port has been there several times and it does not pass. Absolute insists the screws on the top bar do not need to be there, the city says it does. There is only one guide wire when we had two; again Absolute insists we don’t need it. There is a gap that needs to be fixed. It was scheduled for Monday and we were told pictures would be sent, but they weren’t. We are out of town so it will mean calling them once again. This has been going on since the second week in September and is not acceptable.
