Power Home Remodeling did a fine job.
Windows look great and job was completed to my satisfaction, but do not match as closely as led to believe.
They did a fast, professional job.
Everything went smoothly! The installers were nice and hard worrying! Did an awesome job!
It was great service and there was a great warranty to match. They finished the job in a day, and anything that needed to be rescheduled and repaired, they followed up on within a great timeframe.
Power Home Remodeling was outstanding with everything. I felt comfortable reaching out to them about any questions we had. The quality of the installation was satisfactory. From speaking to the salesperson to the completion of the installation, everything was great.
I like what they did, and the job was satisfactory. They did a good job.
Everything was fine. It was a five-star experience with quality service from Power Home Remodeling. The workmanship was great.
Excellent work
The customer service and Power Home Remodeling answering any questions were excellent.
Power Home Remodeling did an okay job.
Power has done our roof, gutters and some windows. They are professional and reliable.
They did an excellent job, they know what they are doing.
Power Home Remodeling was quick and thorough. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the job done and get it done well.
Power Home Remodeling is an excellent, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced (especially for the quality of the work) company that we look forward to working with again.
Very good group of guys great work very good attitudes
Highest rating
They were great! Polite, quick, clean. I love my new windows and gutters.
The quality, as of now, of the windows and doors is good. However, I do not know if Chris was the tech person, but he did a good job to try to make sure everything went well. The project manager, Michael, did a good job with trying to correct some of the things. The negative things that I dealt with were that I had a lot of issues with the workers. They took out the wrong window. The installer went back and forth with me, telling me I told him the wrong window. The salesperson apparently told the installers that the front door was supposed to be removed, but it was supposed to be the back door. We had issues with the wrong door and window being taken out. We had to go back and forth. I called and spoke with Melissa, and she told me someone would come out to check on the project. Michael came out, listened, and tried to do everything he could to make sure everything went smoothly. Michael tried to work with me to obtain a back door. He explained that my interest rate would be lower and that it might be on another loan. We agreed that my payment would not be more than $200 monthly. I received a call from the financing company and we came to an agreement. I then got another call saying that they could not give me a low interest rate. That promise was broken. Although Power could not work in the door, they should have granted me the lower interest rate as promised, but that did not happen. The project manager stated they would be out to clean up the job site, but when I got home, there were nails and glass left around. I was not complaining, but I wanted to let them know that there were areas that needed to be cleaned up. I called the office, and they stated they would send someone back out to finish cleaning up the work. I picked up some of the nails during that time. Power came out and was going to complete the gutters for me, but there was an issue with financing, so we decided not to have them complete the work. I had another company come out and replace the gutters while I was waiting on Power to come out and clean up the nails. I know the difference between old and new nails, but the rep who came out had attitude and told me that I was showing him nails that did not belong to their company. He continued to argue with me that they were not the nails that they would have used to complete the work. The work that was completed for the other job was on the other side of the house. I explained I would call the other company for any cleanup they needed to do as well. I found a scratch on the window, so I sent a picture to Power, and they stated they would address it. I explained that there was a crack on a window as well, and the office staff explained that they would replace the window if needed. When the rep from Power came out, he explained that it was glass and that the window was not broken. The rep continued to come back to me about the nails that were not theirs. I called Chantelle and told her that she did not need to order a new window as the rep was able to clean the window and remove the glass. She explained that they would hold the window for me in case I needed to have it changed. The rep reached out to someone regarding the nails while there, came back, and was still disrespecting me on my property. I told Chantelle to please get him to leave my property because he was disrespecting me. He was still on the phone, and I had to ask him multiple times to leave before he finally did. I respected him, provided water, and even when an installer left for a break and was smoking a vape out back, I offered him a chair to sit under the tree. The installer barely spoke English, and so he declined the chair and came back to work. It was just a whole ordeal with the financing and taking care of the property by cleaning up. The main purpose of using Power was to get my gutters completed. They pulled my line of credit and we were going to do the gutters, windows, and the door. They took the windows out, changed the windows, put the doorbell on wrong, and installed the door. Michael was good and went out of his way to help me with things I could not do. I thought that was great of him. When it came to fixing the door because I needed a back door, there is nothing being done. No extra door and no lowered interest rate were given as promised. I no longer wanted to work with Power. I felt like they got my money and were done with me. Chantelle talked and worked with me, but I told her I did not need Power to come out to house because I was disrespected and I had just come off an illness that had me in the hospital.
Work was good, scheduled quickly & kept to timelines. However, more expensive than most & cleanup was not very good. Found excessive amount of roofing nails in driveway & yard. Still finding roofing debri around house.
They did a wonderful job. It was very professional and quick. I loved it.
I had a great experience with Power. After speaking with Johnathan about the remodel he gave me the comfort I needed knowing that the job would get done to my liking. The only issue I had was communication mostly from the finance department but with that being said when it comes to the project itself you'll have the opportunity to get whatever work you're looking for done on your time and most importantly on your terms.
They where fast n the work was good
Very pleased with the entire project. Quality, timeliness and communication were all outstanding. Thank you Powers!
