Great communication, friendly and helpful people

When you come and give me estimates for new windows, it should be discussed that the QC person will tell us we could have moisture problems after new windows. I feel like that should have been discussed BEFORE we spent $16,000 on new windows.

Very professional team. Come in went to their area, to do their work. They were as quite as they could be. The men cleaned up their area very well. Ask me if I had any question's. I asked. “How hard are the windows to clean? They answered by showing me how they open to clean them.

Some of the installers did sloppy work, guy charged with doing the caulk was pathetic.

I got the windows for energy efficiency but my AC seems to have struggled more with them then without, or it feels like it's about the same. Ultimately they look nice and at least prevent water from coming in, but my goal was for energy efficiency and that's not what im getting so far. I was trying to knock out another loan I already had and created another with this when I feel it could have waited.

The work itself was fine and it is a good product, the sales pitch is very pushy to get you to sign off right away and it is a long evening of being sold to when just asking for a quote.

We had a friend who wanted to talk to the sales person. The gentleman who was at our house at the time said he would leave the card for us to give to him. He did not leave the card later. He said he would send a copy of the card to our text that we could give him never received anything. I guess he didn’t want to make the sale.

The crew Brad and Christian and the 2nd day gentleman were superb. Worked tirelessly under tremendous circumstances due to an abnormal heat wave we had.

Need to be able to communicate with workers and will have to call to come back to fix an area on window

Order and installed a LH front door when a RH was Ordered. I had to put the doorbell switch back up. Good thing Tom works there( He did a 100% job installing our 5 windows, and the screen doors!
