You could have quality checked the final product. Both my wife and I did not notice it at the time of completion but after taking a picture of the door to send to my son in law, who sells for Power, I noticed the square base of the door handle on the outside of the door is crooked, not plumb.
Did not notice it that day, now it is all I can see. Should have been caught by foreman before workers left.

Probably, the first thing I could start off with is a proper means of communication. This is coming from someone that had over thirty years of working with customers in the field and keeping them up-to-date as to the status of an order. Next, if you call, then leave a message / voice mail. DO NOT JUST HANG UP ?!? 90% of all calls these days to a cell phone, at least to me, are purely spam / false / telemarketers. Even knowing the area code from POWER, a smart phone will call a 'potential spam' when it's questionable. Finally, tone down the sales rhetoric. You have a good product and the crews work hard, but if the 'client' is already sick before the service begins, then what's the point?
