This was our 3rd project with Power replacing windows on our planned phase schedule. Each experience has been equal to or better than the one before. We are 100% satisfied with our Power Home Remodeling Team. So much so that we have decided to accelerate our 4th and final phase.
Salesperson was pretty aggressive, using many tactics to get the sale, even to the point of misrepresenting the blinds within the sliding door (we were told they would be vertical). Then the measurement guy reassured us that we could reinstall our back security screen, but when installed they had to remove the handle and it was inaccessible behind the frame, resulting in the decision to remove entirely. Now we have a smaller sliding door because of this adaptation but still had to remove the security door resulting in a larger step and less finished look because the trim ends at the edge of the drywall. Installers also pulled off some texture at the edge that we'll have to repair. Overall would not have chosen this company for the sliding glass door because of these challenges. The horizontal mini blinds inside the door also have issues with magnetism that the installer had to repeatedly align before they would stay up...even with the warranty we're worried about using the blinds.
Front window was great, other than some new cracks on the bottom sill. Would recommend this company for windows. Very communicative and responsive, all the people we dealt with were friendly and seemed helpful until the physics of our security door got in the way.
The windows look great, the installers could have been more careful when installing over flower beds, where flowers were crushed and decorative stones were broken.
They were here in a timely manner and were professional.
Glad to recommend
Power Home Remodeling offers a very good product worth the price and that value is improved by the quality of those work during install. From start to finish, salesman to installers, Power is professional informed and reliable.
Quality product installed by a Quality Company. From sales meeting/bid to field measure to demo/install a great experience.
Everyone we came in contact with, starting with Jessica, did an excellent job. Exceeding all expectations, she worked with us, along with Raphael, to get the best price and warranty possible, as well as an explanation of the work, installation and clean-up involved. Foremen Carlos and brother Jorge, completed their work in a timely manner, they were hard workers, courteous and answered all of our questions, along with Tim, the foreman supervisor. There was a problem with tar being left behind on our pavers, however, we cleaned it up ourselves once we noticed it, even though they offered to return. Finally, Bill, the Quality Assurance Manager did a great job wrapping every up.
Was pleased with the work and the clean up. Everyone was friendly. Wasn't happy when it was time to pay for windows. Was told by 2 people it could be cash credit card check or finance. I had cash and was told they didn't take cash
You need to tell who ever gets windows from you no cash
Awesome
Everyone we were in contact with from the sales guys to the installers were friendly, professional and respectful.
Power does its best to stay within median pricing but offers excellent quality.
Overall, every person we encountered at Power has been fantastic.
I think they did a good job, but one of the guys, the leader of the team, wasn't so friendly or cordial. One of the workers also unplugged an extension cord that was connected to our refrigerator to plug something in. Some of our food was spoiled, and we had to throw the food away.
Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results.
Yes
Sales process was very long and detailed. Was told to sign finance agreement even tho I said I would pay full cost. During roofing received a call from Power office to be told that old shingles had been removed and additional wood was required; however, only about 60-70% of shingles had been taken off at that time per my observation during our conversation. Why didn't an employee on site discuss situation with me? During both roofing and window work, no person was identified as lead person/contact representative.
Power Home Remodeling does good work, but it is expensive.
The installation crew was fast and clean and did a great job on the installation itself. The windows look great. I am very satisfied with the actual quality of the product itself. Their whole team was super helpful and made sure that all of our questions got answered along the way.
Excellent in all phases
It was a great experience.
The crew worked very well together and did an excellent job.
Everything depends on Power Home Remodeling finishing the job. They came and finished the job, but Power left all the materials they used in my driveway, and it is three weeks later. I have called Power twice about getting rid of it, and they keep telling me they will be here in a few days. It is still there three weeks later. Is that how Power treats its customers by leaving their materials? That is not how they should treat customers that they want recommendations from.
I can recommend this company based on courtesy, professionalism, and workmanship, although my acquaintances might want to go with a cheaper product.
Entire project went very smoothly and as explained to us. Exceeded my expectations as far as any inconveniences or repair/painting after installation completed — almost none — was very pleased. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.
