Professional work - protection well inside furniture & floor and quickly replaced windows with quality.
Gabriel, Cody and Rico were very professional and personable.

Everyone with your company and the work performed were great
The work that I had done two years ago, I had a complaint from the beginning that the bugs get in the screen in one window. I told the guy that came out to inspect it, that I can't have my windows open because they would get in. He said he's never heard of that before and said he'll check it. I had more windows done, and when the person came to inspect it, I also told him, but it never got done. They were supposed to be coming next week, so we'll see.
1. Jeremy Gagen/Annie Jensen sold us windows for the whole house, but it included a patio door slider that was incompatible to replace our current slider with a 4.5" track per Anthony during his follow-up measurement visit. 2. We asked 3 times a total of 3 people if the installers were Power W2 employees or contractors. We were told W2, which is not true. 3. We were not warned that there may be glass fragments after installation. I found several shards in our driveway and near windows while vacuuming, and my husband stepped on one. 4. After county inspection was complete, my husband installed the screw hole covers and found that the holes were inconsistent in size and were told it was done during manufacturing. 5. Our installation was scheduled for 10/6, but we were contacted on 9/26 late afternoon to move up installation to 9/29. We agreed with the understanding that the bank funds transfer was just initiated and may not be complete by COB Monday, 9/29. We were told it wasn't an issue for a couple of days, but Power followed up multiple times starting 9/30 morning, which was annoying. 6. Power's work inspection was more of a sales pitch for gutters. 7. The Power app failed on my Android cell phone. I tried multiple times to reinstall but was not successful. I was only able to use the app on my laptop. 8. A post-installation document said to complete a form from a web link to start the warranty. Found out after calling Power, that this step is obsolete.
Each work crew has been very efficient and knowledgeable. They have performed excellent work and made my house look amazing.
Everything was explained clearly, there were no surprises. Easy to know were you were in the process and everything was completed as discussed.
They were quick and did the job as they said. Everything looked great.
Power Home Remodeling is okay, but they are very expensive and the highest out here.
We enjoyed the process from begin to end. The initial demonstration was too long for me, 2 hours. Would be best to make it in less than one hour.
I love my new windows. I have no more leaks and the heat and wind is now outside where it should be.
They were very nice workers. They got the job done with no messing around. It didn't take long. It was a very nice experience.
They were very professional, timely, and more than accommodating for things that popped up during the process. I was never left in the dark at all about what was going on.
Is there a negative number I can apply?
They are friendly, courteous, work with you to meet your needs, and try to be as straight with you as possible. Do your own research though...as with any company, never accept face value. Be thorough in your questions, consider your financial status, and remember that you don't have to agree with anything.
I liked everything about this company
I just had the workers come to the home. The project manager was not present, and I fell like he should be there with the workers.
The firm was so easy to work with.
The did a wonderful job, start to finish
I have already recommended a neighbor to Power Home Remodeling.
I was not satisfied with their service. They lie too much when they come to do the jobs. When you try to talk to them, they don't let you talk.
The people that we dealt with were very nice, and they seemed like they were very good at what they do.
Very friendly and explained the entire process.
I just had an issue w/the siding company. They knocked over my rock wall planting area & left it that way. They stepped all over my plants killing them. And shorted out my outdoor electrical panel, resulting in me having to get an electrician. However, Power says they will reimburse me the $300 I had to lay out. But, this did not resolve the issue of my plants or my rock wall.
