I was extremely impressed with how the removal of old siding was done. It was as if the crew were doing a restoration. No hacking of the old siding. The crew was meticulous and efficient. I watched another crew working on the house across the street. They were the same way. Neat and meticulous. The door installation was thorough and is a very handsome addition to the look of the house.

I have two screen doors that do not close properly. Also, a large piece of wall board in the master bedroom broken off from pounding, approximately 1 foot square from being pounded from the outside.

They were real nice. I love the windows. They worked fast. However they tore up the masonite trim around some of the windows, leaving me, a 70 year old women having to climb up a ladder to the second floor windows and seal them and paint them. When they looked into it, they were told those windows were not damaged before the replacements were put in and pictures proved it. They offered me a 1 % lower interest on the loan and a new back door.

I was really disappointed by the last meeting when the staff member came by to check the quality of the work. After telling him more than one time that I was unemployed and it would be irresponsible to finance almost $50,000 of work he continued to push. I had to tell him more than one time and finally my husband had to say no. I am not sure how ethically someone would continue to push a sale after being told that they don’t have the finances to pay for the job then they proceeded to talk to me about picking up extra work in order to pay for the siding. So inappropriate without knowing my circumstances in which losing my job and what my current efforts were to locate employment. I was on the verge of tears at this appointment after we already agreed to the $11,000 of work that was part of what was needed and not even sure that was the smart choice.

They knew what they were doing and did a great job. They also made sure that they cleaned up behind themselves. I am very happy with my windows

We love the product. We did not care for the sales part. We were quoted $42,000 for our windows and door from Rachel. Then when Joe came for the exact same windows and doors, he tried to charge us $49,000. This is within a couple of weeks. We felt like he tried to take advantage of us and way overpriced the product. We got nine windows installed. We did not do the remaining windows or door due to what we felt like was price gouging. There is no way the product went up $7000 in two weeks. Have we not been paying attention we would’ve been taken advantage of and way overpriced for sales person‘s gain.

We had a sliding glass door installed that has 2" lip/threshold. Code limit is 3/4". Called and emailed. No reply.

I felt swindled by the sales guys.
