Absolutely, we have recommend AMP to several people and brought a couple to view the model homes at KODAK. AHP is currently building for coworker and friend that we referred.

Everyone at Americas Home Place has been so knowledgeable and helpful. They really treat you like they themselves would want to be treated. Everything we asked about was never an issue and attempted to be accommodated. Even after the home was moved into, they have been very good at keeping up with any issues we find.

The quality of work, great communication, and very efficient build process.

We had a lot of cost added during the build which I feel like should have not been if someone did their job more thoroughly.

I should’ve selected another contractor to build my home. The lack of continuity and/or communication between internal stakeholders led to every issue I faced as the customer.

The staff was kind and walked me through every step of the process. Going over and above was the norm.

They have a great team to work with. Lots of floor plans with the ability to finish out the home with higher end finishes if you choose to do that. Also being able to make changes in the layout was good for us.

Great experience with the buying process. Home build was fast. Unfortunately the quality was not there.

I have no complaints. Scott, our contractor went above and beyond. He had said he would check in once a week, but he made sure to update us multiple times a week during the build. I was very impressed with the progress that was done in a short amount of time. Also if there was an issue, Scott handled it right away and did everything to help us through the process.

There were things we didn't care for regarding repairs as the build was ongoing. They wanted to address at the end and keep building over the top of things that needed repairs.

I had a great project manager that stayed on top of everything and kept us informed while we were out of state doing the build.

We were the victims of a house fire last year. I watched them build a house down the road. We came into their office in a state of complete shock. Candice took our ideas and customized a plan. She extracted exactly what we wanted. Ethan, the contractor, turned it into a reality. We are now in the home of our dreams in less than a year.
