The site and builder Foreman kept us up to date although we were living 1200 miles away during most of the build.

The professionalism, the organization, and the ease of a seamless process made this journey less stressful.

Overall pleased with every phase of the project from start to follow ups after closing.

Everyone we worked with was amazing. Highly recommend

Our experience with America’s Home Place was wonderful. The staff was local and super friendly. Our project manager was in constant contact and made the process very seamless. You often hear horror stories about building, so going forward with our build we expected some issues. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Every step was explained and monitored. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Everyone at Americas Home Place Gainesville was great. Cynthia in sales was wonderful, always super responsive and we felt like she really worked with us to get our deal breakers in our budget. On site we worked closely with Jacob, Jordan and Greyson and they were also great. Everyone worked hard to get the house and yard exactly like we wanted it. We felt like they were just a phone call away to discuss anything at any time. We’d do it all over again with Americas Home Place and we never hesitate to recommend them to people!

This is our second build with America's Home place and appreciate the willingness to build the house the way we want it.

The staff was incredible to work with from the project managers to the guys out doing the day to day build to the sweet ladies who came outto clean everyone worked so hard to make our dreams come true.

Very professional and easy to work with

We were always kept in the loop of what was being done and how long the process would be.

I was totally surprised with how fast they built our custom home and impressed with the various options offered.

We would definitely be likely to recommend Americas Home Place to a friend. They were detailed, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job explaining every step. Even after the build the follow up on 2 month and 12 month items was great! The contractors they subbed out to for trade specific tasks were also professional and quick to respond.

I liked the weekly updates in an email.

Easy process! Made our dreams come true.

America's Home Place has many different Home plans to choose and the options to design the house of your dreams.

They provided a better product and service than all of our other options.

Every step of the process was well laid out, communicated, and executed. Great team top down!

We had a wonderful experience with AHP! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish and continues to provide their assistance and support! They truly have fulfilled their promises!

Our assigned Project Manager Sergio Guarado is extremely knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, easily accessible, very supportive, extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns, has treated the building of our home as if it were his home being built, and continues to provide extraordinary customer service. Obviously no build is one hundred percent perfect and without some mishaps or difficulties, but how those difficulties are handled, managed and resolved makes a difference. Sergio has and continues to address any issues or questions that we may have. He is following through on every commitment that American Home Place made to us as customers. Within the office as soon as Taylor Moore was assigned to us the process of picking out want we wanted, the paper work process, communication process was extremely easy. She provided frequent updates, kept us informed and answered any questions that we may have had. Needless to say once Sergio and Taylor were assigned to us the all of the issues that were occurring were addressed and we have received five star treatment. Both Sergio and Taylor are honest, trustworthy, kind, courteous and so very easy to work with. I would be remiss if I did not say that the original Project Manager that was assigned to us Rep Whiddon's words are completely untrustworthy and unbelievable. We are EXTREMELY thankful that Doug H. honored our request to remove Rep Whiddon from our build and allow us to keep Sergio even though he was new to AHP. Sergio exemplifies the true values that I believe AHP prides their business in. I am giving this a 5 rating primarily because of Sergio. I am giving this a 5 because of Sergio, he saved us from walking away after dealing with Rep's broken promises, misleads and lies.

I would recommend AHP to anyone

We would not hesitate to recommend AHP to a friend. The building process was seamless from beginning to end. You could not meet another group of people who you would feel had your best interest in mind from the beginning until the end If we were to build another home, AHP would be the first and only place we would go.

The entire process was wonderful, and everyone we worked with was great. From the sales team to the project management and construction teams, we felt supported and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. We would highly recommend American Home Place to others looking to build a new home.

Friendly staff

Experience was great from beginning to end!

The whole process was made easier due to the level of communication and transparency.

The willingness to let us make changes to the floorplan and once the process started, the communication with the project manager, made for a very good experience.

From start to finish, the team at America’s Home Place made me feel like more than a customer. They took their time making sure I was comfortable every step of the way and building my custom home with them has been a dream come true.

Did a great job throughout the process!

Finishing details were less desirable than anticipated.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. The team we worked with helped with selections when I wasn’t sure. They were encouraging. Cody W was fun and always responsive when I had questions or concerns.

I had an excellent experience. I am happy with the quality.

The whole process was very easy. Americas Home Place thought of almost everything.

There were a number of workmanship issues involving the contractors.

We felt the initial process was great and our site manager was very informative and responsive however felt some things were deceptive like single hung windows vs double hung with no mention in the paperwork. Also had changes made to redline after signed so was dissapointed in that also

The quality and craftsmanship of our home. I watched all of the vendors work and was pleased with the professionalism of them all.

Great team at Oxford / Anniston location!

They will persistently help with everything you need and get the job done quickly.

When I first walked into the Knoxville office, I thought it was just another stop on my journey for a new house. Frank took his time explaining the benefits of AHP and their process. After some phone calls and another visit, he set me up with two homes under construction to go look at. Can't think of a better way to see thier attention to quality. Our next meeting resulted in the selection of my new home. Then it was time for the salesperson.

Very happy with the entire process 9/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Americas Home Place! Caleb and the building team were especially helpful! Thank you thank you for helping my dream come true :)

Amazing work the job they did was skillful work made me so happy

They were highly knowledgeable and customer friendly.

Turn key company and took a lot of the headache out for us.

Still working on the house, could have built three houses by now, put it up take it down and repeat on everything

We loved the model that we chose and the staff at the design center was incredible professional and extremely helpful

I need the company to improve the stuff they did in my house. The stuff is defective. They have delayed long periods of time. The house was not finished and I have to make schedules back and forth for repairs but it is never done right.

I would highly recommend America's Home Place to anyone considering building a new home. Our experience was extremely positive from start to finish. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had throughout the process.
Everyone took the time to understand our needs, communicate clearly, and ensure we were informed every step of the way. Their commitment to customer service and quality made the home-building experience enjoyable and stress-free. We are very happy with our new home and grateful for the support and dedication of the entire team.

I loved getting to pick everything out and really make the house feel like ours! It was so fun seeing everything come together and we absolutely love how our home turned out!

They made the process as stress free as possible which allowed us to actually enjoy the process.

If I have friends or family looking to build I’ll definitely recommend them to contact AHP first!
