I am answering 5 on this question ONLY because of Gabby in Warranty, Steve in Warranty, Brett in site management, and Christi in sales. Without these specific people, I would answer differently. Without these people, I was having difficulty giving WINDSONG, the company, a higher score. I will say that Windsong was smart enough to want to save their reputation by hiring these people, based on my previous experience with prior employees.

They handled everything nicely.

Recognized Excellence - Kristi, Chris and Amy were a joy to work with. They worked as a team and kept us fully engaged even though we were living in Maryland during the home building process. Amy’s suggestions were great. Kristi answered all our questions and took really good pictures. Chris was readily available and checked to see if everything was being done and done correctly. Diane and Brett helped us initially and that’s what got the ball rolling for us! They were very knowledgeable and very patient with us! We are/weee very pleased with every step of the home buying process. We have brought many new homes and Windsong is the best. We received to-notched service throughout the entire process. We would definitely buy another Windsong home and would highly recommend to others!

I have recommended windsong to at least 5+ friends who have an opportunity to want this lifestyle.

Customer Experience - All the people I’ve been associated with have been very kind and helpful. I have not asked a question of anyone that did not help me. Brian was very helpful early on when I first moved in and Gabriella at the 11 month warranty check has been outstanding.

The HOA fees are the highest I have ever seen. Time will tell if these fees are justified. The holes in the road on Harvest Trl need to be repaired.
