Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. 25yr warranty was a big factor as well as quality of material.

Horrible experience start to finish . They could not build a straight line raised bed in our backyard . It was inclined and I had to repeatedly explain the problem to them. They changed crew multiple times . Sometimes the crew would not come for days and I had to char the project manager . For the pergola they were unable to procure a permit from the city due to incomplete information and eventually gave up on the project altogether . The project manager Darin was clueless about most stuff and the construction manager did not check in on project progress regularly for the paving work . Overall really bad quality of work and professionalism . The construction manager Orfil even told me not to give a bad review coz it might impact our service warranty quality . That's outrageous!

The entire experience from Chris, Daniel and the installation crew was superb. The design I worked out with Chris couldn't have gone smoother and he listened to all my ideas/concerns. Daniel met with me every day to discuss all my questions/concerns and to be sure they were all dealt with. The crew were very professional and meticulous in the installation process. The final design of my backyard/side pathway takes my breath away. When I look at the long system pavers path at the side of my house from the driveway to the backyard, I can only be amazed. Love the curve of the path as it meets my driveway. The nine months with no interest financial plan was a game changer and allowed me to get the project done earlier than I had planned. I highly recommend meeting with Chris at System Pavers to plan the project of your dreams!

Our initial contact with System Pavers was in 2013. Our front lawn area was converted to artificial turf. We were extremely satisfied with their work, and in their follow up later when maintenance was needed. Because of their commitment to customer satisfaction, we decided to contact them for the dirt/lawn area located at the back. Once again, the entire process of updating and beautifying the backyard was excellent.

The company is good, but I had a language barrier issue.

I would recommend System Pavers because they were nice to work with, from the designer to the project manager. The actual crew was really nice, and they finished our small project one day ahead of time. Everyone was communicative at all times, and we didn't have any issues.
