Once started, our project was completed faster than we expected. The work was performed with integrity and inspected by the supervisor of the project. Very happy with the outcome.

Project began late November, est completion was 2 weeks. The actual completion date was end of Feb. Weather did play a factor, however not 8 weeks worth of delay. There were drainage issues along with damage to my driveway/sidewalk, after talking with the project manager, I was told that’s just the way the drainage works, which is not acceptable. The construction manager came out and offered a solution, which is great, but shouldn’t take that much effort on the customer side to remedy an issue. Overall pavers look great. However for a project that has a price tag of nearly 6 figures, I cannot recommend System Pavers - follow up (customer service) and quality control practices need to be looked at

We had work done to your front and backyard 3 years ago. There were many issues with the project, and we didn't trust the previous company to fix it. We contacted System Pavers to fix the current issues and to do addition work. They literally lifted and reset all the previous pavers in the entire yard. They took out a wooden deck and put in a patio. They installed pavers around our shed. They replaced a walkway in the front yard that was falling apart (we said something to the previous company that installed it, they wouldn't fix it). It's now a few long narrow steps. We are so happy with how the front and back turned out.

Timely service, helpful project management

Everyone I have dealt with from the project designer, Lidiana, to the project director, Oscar, has all been fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and particular.

The crew did a great job and came back to adjust a couple things until we were satisfied.

Continue to coach customer facing individuals on how to communicate with your potential customers; including what are the appropriate items to discuss vs internally within your own organization and how to communicate to a potential customer to keep them excited and engaged. Because, once you lose that excitement of working with you a major cost investment, then it is difficult to regain that trust.

The quality of the services and the attention to detail by the program manager and his colleagues were great.

Happy with sales person and work crew. Project Manager was switched early into the project and I was not told. There was confusion after the work crew completed the work as to what happens next including how to work the feature lights. Additionally the payment terms were not aligned with the signed paperwork and I had to provide all the documentation to confirm the amount financed and amount that would be customer paid.

From beginning to end, we had a great experience with System Pavers.  

Our Sales/Design Rep (Lidiana) was fantastic.  She had many great suggestions to our original plan which we gratefully agreed to.  And her computer generated design images look amazingly like the finished project. She was professional, knowledgeable and left us very confident with the decisions we were making.

Our Project Manager (Jeremy) was also fantastic.  He was experienced, paid excellent attention to the details, communicated frequently and clearly, and had great rapport with the work crews. The guys they assigned to the project were prompt, hard working, enjoyed working with each other and completed their work safely.  It was fun to watch them.

We couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out and are so glad we chose System Pavers to tackle this big project for us.

Installation crew did an exceptional job. Site preparation made sure the pavers were stable, level and would stay that way. Our project manager, Oscar Maciel, was here every day and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He came back to add "grout" to make sure it was uniform and to our satisfaction. Could not be happier with the results.

I would say to have a firm idea of what you want to have done for your project before getting estimates and then get at least 3 estimates. System Pavers availability and workmanship was good and they have a guarantee on materials as well.

While the work done was very high quality, and the crew doing the work was excellent and supportive of our wants and requests, our salesperson completely soured us on System Pavers. I would never work with the company again.

Project was completed on time, process was straight forward, crew was fast and left jobsite clean each day. All changes, project updates and all other questions were answered by Derrick and Garrett promptly and professionally.

I love the result. The Project Manager, on the first day, said that it’ll take five days to finish the work, and he kept his word. The beautiful driveway was available on day six! The company’s merit is in the exacting management, craftsmanship, and the full attention to the owner.

Yes and we are very happy with the finished product but the 2 week process was stressful and required on site guidance and oversight particularly during demo phase.

It all started with Shannon Stanley.

The backyard deck project was a disaster from the get-go. The engineering took 3 months for a permit that probably wasn’t needed. The material orders/deliveries were mismanaged at all levels. The wrong material was ordered/the wrong material was delivered/the process was extremely lengthy. The whole supply chain mismanagement probably added one month to what should have been a one month project. Finally, the quality of the construction crews was subpar. The final product was safe, but with many flaws.

I am very likely to recommend System Pavers to friends.

The job was professionally and respectfully handled by System Pavers from start to finish.

This is our second engagement with System Pavers. We used them previously at another home and have used them at our new home to remodel our front and backyard. The front yard consisted of driveway pavers, and the sides of the home with curbs and premium turf. The result turned out beautifully and added curb appeal; also reducing maintenance costs for upkeep. The backyard is as a full remodel with large format pavers and premium turf which also turned out stunning! We have been able to relax in the yard as a family and enjoy it for years to come. Thanks to Darin for managing the projects closely with us and also Dan for helping design something we love.

They proved they were solutions-oriented, and, with Dan’s guidance, always came up with approaches during the project that pleased us, the customer. It’s been a couple of months since System Pavers completed the month-long job. You know, during a project of that duration, you get to know the working team…..they almost become part of your family.
