I'd like to acknowledge the exceptional work provided by System Pavers for the new artificial turf installed in my backyard.

First, I'd like to thank Kelly Kasper, sales consultant. Kelly did a great job explaining the artificial turf installation process, turf type options, costs and financing. He also suggested that it would be possible to integrate my existing paver area to the left of the new lawn installation to tie it all together.

Secondly, I'd like to acknowledge the project manager, Ryan and his construction lead Jose. The demolition, ground prep and installation of the new turf went very well. They kept me informed daily and let me know if any issues had come up. One example was what to do with the existing sprinkler system. I had two options which was to cap all of the water lines or keep one or two open for a drip system along the peripheral of the backyard. Initially, I wasn't sure which option was best and landed on keeping two. During the final turf installation a nail cracked the PVC water line. Both Ryan and Jose responded promptly to fix the issue and test both lines to ensure it was fixed.

In summary, I am extremely happy with the results and the great customer service provided by all of the team members assigned to my project. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and very customer focused. The new turf, border and realigned pavers look great!

The workman who did the work was fine. The people that managed it from getting the material to dealing with the problems that arose, they did nothing. The job was compelted the end of May. It took me June, July, August, and September for them to come out and finish the work. They damaged parts of the area around there. We went over this with the project manager. He is useless. He never answered any of my emails that I had to go out of the house to do it because I do nto hace a computer or cell phone. I got horrible service from them.

The crew worked very hard. We love the pavers but are not really happy with the turf. We believe it should have been a half inch lower. Unfortunately, you can see the lining where the turf is attached.

My experience with System Pavers was five stars across the board.

Your staff did not complete the unfinished work that was described to Derek Durfee that included: marking the pipes that were installed as a pass-through below the pavement, cleaning up the many rocks and redwood particles that were dug up to install the pavers, I was told that your staff would be coming out to complete these tasks about a month ago and no staff showed up to do the work, my wife has been in and out of the hospital many times during this project and I have been preoccupied with her care and treatment, the last staff who came out to clean up the rocks and redwood debris did not speak English so I have no way to communicate other than one staff showing me his phone with a message from Derek, non-English speaking staff was not an issue with me but when I needed to communicate it was not possible.

The main part was excellent. However, in the process, there is a clean-up they failed to do. I haven't had the bandwidth to do what they should have done. After three tries, they still haven't done it.

They are a great company. They completed a large project very expeditiously.
