Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. Superior Pro was delayed, make many mistakes, and overall poor workmanship that had to be corrected numerous times. Nails were driven through A/C Freon line which required ME to remove interior drywall and locate the leaks (3 of them). Items removed for siding/painting required multiple reworks to reinstall...

I didn't know what to expect and this was going to be my biggest job done to my home. I always do my research so I knew exactly what I wanted, but not who was going to do it. SUPERIOR PRO'S materials, workers, and workmanship is excellent. The project managers are the problem. The siding manager never came to the finished job to go over the completed siding, in fact I left the check under the mat for the secretary. Therefore, he never scheduled the painting, next step resulting...

The salesperson who came out was very knowledgeable. One of the things I liked about Superior Pro Painting & Exterior's bid was that it was very detailed about a lot of the wood that needed to be replaced. I was looking for that rather than having it be unknown until we got into the job.
