Sawtooth Roofing Contractors were professional, timely, and worked clean. It was a great experience.

After a few bids we chose Sawtooth roofing for our new roof. Darrin the project manager came out, addressed our concerns, inspected the roof and gave us a fair bid. He explained everything they would do and also explained there would be some additional costs due to some facia boards that needed replacing and possibly plywood sheets. Of course they wouldn’t know until the old shingles were removed but let us know the approx. cost per piece with installation. So we had a good idea what we were looking at. We also needed a bathroom fan vented out of the roof to meet building codes. Darrin was also the only one who noticed we had LeafGuard gutters and so not to void the LeafGuard warranty LeafGuard would have to remove them to replace the facia boards that needed replacing. He also brought to our attention that our chimney cap was crumbling and in desperate need of some work. He referred a chimney/masonry company who we used and couldn't have been happier with their work as well. We had the chimney work done first then scheduled the roof. We were impressed with his attention to detail. They scheduled to project and kept us updated in the event there was a delay due to weather so we could plan accordingly. The crew of 3 roofers were amazing, worked so hard and cleaned up nicely afterward. They completed our roof in 2 days which was so appreciated. Nick the quality and safety inspector came out daily to touch base with the workers and us, making sure things were going well and asking if we had any concerns. He said to never hesitate to call anytime with questions. At the end of the project he came out again to inspect the roof and all the work done. Another reason we chose Sawtooth was because of their excellent warranty on products and labor. Throughout the project from beginning to end this company was very responsive to all our calls with questions and communicated wonderfully, which was so appreciated.
We would highly recommend this company to others. The prices were great and the service even better. Thanks for making this a smooth project from beginning to end.
