Zion Outdoors' world class professionalism and timeliness was demonstrated by both the Zion Outdoors contractors and installers was world class. They were very insightful and collabortaive every single step of the way. They asked questons just to get my wife and I's consent every step of the way. There wasn't any decision that was made apart from the customer's concurrence. They were very, very knowledgable and extremely responsive and timely.

Zion Outdoors We are sorry to hear that this was your perception of the project experience, as that is never the standard we strive to deliver. We were especially surprised by the feedback because the completion form signed at the end of the project reflected all 5-stars and described the work as “outstanding from start to finish.” That said, we take all concerns seriously. After receiving this feedback, our owner personally met with both Mr. and Mrs. Hays onsite to review the project in detail. While the overall workmanship was up to his quality standards, we agreed there were some minor touch-up items that we would come out and improve and scheduled a return visit to address those items. We appreciate the opportunity to revisit the project and remain committed to making sure our customers feel heard and supported throughout the process.

The final product is satisfactory except the communication throughout has been difficult at best, non existence at least. Once we signed the contract the salesman was not helpful. The cleaning was poor.
