Mind you the walk-in shower is beautiful, however, it's unconventional. The seat is too far from the faucet, hand wand, and rain shower, so we could wash hands free. When we discussed it, we asked to have the faucet and rain shower in the center of the wall or the seat in the center. The way we see it we still need a shower chair and a handrail on the outside so it's safe.

We are only one week into this product ....hard to answer.

Each of the individuals that we worked with were fine decent people and we trusted them very much. They worked well together or independently and they did the job quickly and efficiently I would have them. I would try them again thank you.

Everyone was exceptional. Every question we had was answered with courtesy and knowledge. Any concerns were addressed immediately and efficiently. The GC and the subs worked together seamlessly. Very happy with our installation. It's beautiful!

After the install we have had multiple issues with all the windows we just paid over $9,000 for but yet every week we just keep getting blown off. We are told they have a weekly Tuesday meeting with the manufacturer and we will get a call back after but never do. Weeks have now turned in to months. Nobody calls us back. We have had increased heating bills this winter because the windows are subpar and now there is even dirt that blows through the windows. If I wanted junk windows I would have just gone to Menards to get them and install myself. These windows are nothing like the ones we had installed around 10 years ago. The service guy Jacob has been as helpful as he can but even he has said we are not the only people have issues with these windows.

Vanity installed smaller than vanity that was present. Left area not covered by new vanity undone. Did good job with everything else.

Totally unhappy about having to wait 6 months to get a door installed… had to be one of the coldest days in the year! And the door only was 12-1500 miles away! I’m furious!! They refused to give the money back after everything went wrong… we had to accept less than perfect because they weren’t willing to be professional! I will never deal with this company again!

Everything was easy and straight forward.

We recommended in the past but I'm not sure that I will anymore. It seems like there has been a lot of turnaround and the previous installer we had has left. These new guys were messy and did not follow instructions.

Everyone I dealt with were prompt and knowable

They were very good, active, and clean. They knew what they were doing.

Apparently, the shower pan is wrong. It's about 4 inches too short. We were told only an 1/8th of an inch should be filled with caulking. We're still dealing with any possible correction. The gentleman was here today, and they are not going to change it but patch our floor for us, supposedly.

I gave it 5 stars because there is a lifetime warranty if anything fails. I had a problem with the handcraft on my window a shower door handle that came off. They made a trip to come back and make it right. I have used them twice now and have been very satisfied.
