It may have taken a little extra time to get the product and that's because of the excellent quality control of the warehouse noticing something that wasn't 100% correct. Great job to everyone involved in getting the order correct and making sure we were 100% satisfied.

Most of the project was satisfactory or very good. But there were a few things that should have been taken care of.

Door ordered arrived 2 inches short, reorder required over a month, new door arrived without a storm door . Luckily they found it and had it installed 2 days later

From first day to final inspection, everything went smoothly.

Worst experience of my life. Ended up with a shower/tub I absolutely hate. Two attempts to try and make it right and it’s just a cheap install. I would like my money back!

The work was not completed to my satisfaction. The work took 1 year!

Luke was here and worked steady to put 2 windows in. He included me during the process by asking my opinion on choices of finishes on the windows. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, did an excellent job of cleaning up when he was done. He noted a flaw in the glass, one part was the wrong size for the window and the 2 screens were not included with the order. All of these problems were explained and plan is in place to correct.

The only thing we had difficulty with was the plumber and I understand he was from outside your usual work group because the usual one was on vacation and we really needed to get this done as soon as possible.

Quality of the product, and top notch, installers!

Your company does not have local contractors. Because of the expense of your company, I chose to not have the whole bathroom done by you and use some local contractors. It did not go together well lots of downtime waiting time. You sent two different groups of people want to install the bathroom tubs and showers. We then put had someone put flooring in and somebody else came back to put in the vanities. The bathrooms are less than ideal because they don’t flow well. I think if you’ve been less expensive, I could’ve done the whole thing with you and it might’ve gone better.

Communication was awful, sales process was awful at the beginning- and we regret that we signed anything to start.

I hope my experience was not the norm. There were several issues with my order. YHIC did not take any accountability. No care or concern about the mistakes made. Then when they offer a discount/satisfaction incentive, it comes with unreasonable terms and conditions.

Very poor product, very poorly installed.

Everyone is human. Front to back your team made our cabinet face upgrade happen, and dealt with the curve balls the manufacturing shop thew at them with grace and professionalism. Thanks for a great job.

I don’t know anyone who will be remodeling

The installer was excellent (Aaron) but prior to that the two main sales people left the company - made us feel uncertain about the company.

Would recommend but know of no one now or in future.

The shower quality could not be a cheaper piece of ****. I paid 20k for something that realistically cost 1k. I am sick of looking at it. I feel scammed

They arrived when scheduled anf cleaned up after themselves. It was a positive experience.

I would definitely recommend your company for the quality of the products. Also, the installers were fantastic and very good, friendly and easy to work with as far as my questions and them needing my input.

Lack of communication, did not receive the ordered fixtures, one man crew install was not sufficient for a quality clean installation.

Ordered faucet w separate Hot/Cold but they installed single handle - said salesperson mistake. Floor tile covered HVAC vent, cut out the opening after I called. Were not going to replace old corroded water shut-offs, agreed after some discussion.

Quick, quality work, pleasant friendly staff, and they cleaned up after themselves.

They are very good about keeping you informed of what is going on. They show up on the day they are scheduled. They get the work done as soon as they can , the work is done with responsibility and very good work.
