The installers did wonderfully, quick and professional. The office people did poorly, failing to schedule when I asked, reluctant to call me back, unable to resolve the issues I had.

From beginning to end this project was a struggle! First we get an email stating it was starting late because not all materials were there. Then Daggett construction shows up anyway. Then the floor was done poorly. We repeatedly told them water had leaked under the tile from the sink & he still finished the floor the next day. The shower head is too high. The shower curtain rod is not right & WAY too high. There’s more but pictures are easier. Let me know if you want to see them.

I was deceived and lied to by Romain Wiser, the salesman. He told me I was getting a $7000 military discount. He lied! He has insulted me and all Veterans. He has no regard for those of us who have served in the United States of America’s military. Stupid jerk!

I had a 15,000 dollar shower remodel done and almost a year later it still leaks. My only recourse may be to fix it myself and sue for my money back

So the job itself is good but the fellow doing it was less than professional himself he did not wear booties in and out of the house runner over carpet not laid when starting the job, and this was my personal bathroom which he used. And did not even ask. The salesman was very good at explaining everything but was here all night. And when the supervisor called to see how things were going the next day I told him and the fellow that started the job did not finish I am sure he was embarrassed. The white caulk on the floor was not complete and when the supervisor came to finish it stated he did not have white caulk. They did not call back to complete the job. So three weeks later I called and left a message and to this day no one has called me back. The professional package they sell is not what you get. But the work is decent. And would not recommend for this reason.

Prompt and followed thru with everything. The bath remodel was completed on time and on budget in spite of encountering some unforseen problems. I'm impressed with their workmanship and professionalism.

It may have taken a little extra time to get the product and that's because of the excellent quality control of the warehouse noticing something that wasn't 100% correct. Great job to everyone involved in getting the order correct and making sure we were 100% satisfied.
