They did a good job.

Everyone was exceptional. Every question we had was answered with courtesy and knowledge. Any concerns were addressed immediately and efficiently. The GC and the subs worked together seamlessly. Very happy with our installation. It's beautiful!

The sub-contractor they use are unprofessional. Was on his phone while sawing into my window fame, didn't put Something on the cardbroad and it blew next doors yard, they need to use headphones when playing music because they had it so loud and sang at the top of his lungs, brag to each other and in front of another contractor doing work here on how much money they are making on this job. Which lead to the contractor quitting in the middle of a bathroom remodel. They clean up they mess in the house.

The sales person was awesome, love the warranty option, but after the measurements we had very little contact with anyone and there was some miscommunication about our order. Then when it came time for instalation there was a problem and it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone.

After the install we have had multiple issues with all the windows we just paid over $9,000 for but yet every week we just keep getting blown off. We are told they have a weekly Tuesday meeting with the manufacturer and we will get a call back after but never do. Weeks have now turned in to months. Nobody calls us back. We have had increased heating bills this winter because the windows are subpar and now there is even dirt that blows through the windows. If I wanted junk windows I would have just gone to Menards to get them and install myself. These windows are nothing like the ones we had installed around 10 years ago. The service guy Jacob has been as helpful as he can but even he has said we are not the only people have issues with these windows.

Vanity installed smaller than vanity that was present. Left area not covered by new vanity undone. Did good job with everything else.

Salespeople were knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection and helped us choose the right option that fit our needs. Once the install was scheduled, it was quick and the work was done well. Our new windows look great and we're happy with the outcome.

Worst decision we have made

Months of delay after I'd paid over $30,000. Horrible communications. First part had to be fixed in half a dozen places. If it weren't for the last and final contractor , Bryant, the whole experience would have been disaster.

Very happy with the work and the result, but it the cost was a little higher than expected. Not disappointed that we went this route.

This has been a total nightmare. We were not told that underneath was particle board! We have people not show up, incorrect measurements, incorrect supplies with long delivery times, and poor materials. The sliders do not slide smoothly causing tension on drawer fronts resulting with a drawer front coming apart from the particle board. I have been told it is a manufacturing problem. Your company needs to stand behind the product and not give excuses. The last installer secured the loose draw front, but the slider problem still exists with all of the drawers. It is a matter of time when more draw fronts will come loose. ALL of the sliders or drawer systems need to be replaced so that they operate smoothly. We have other soft close drawers in our home, and they operate smoothly. We have had at least eight different people here and still have a defective closet system. I shouldn’t have to constantly make these calls and not get the problem resolved.

They were very clean and they did the job in the time frame they quoted.

6 windows were measured incorrectly. One window had a big dip in the middle that had to be replaced. Everything should have been completed in November. Just finished in February..

Communication failures between upper management and the carpenter were frustrating for me as well as him.

The caulking is starting to turn yellow on all the seams after only three months

I would never recommend this company. My experience was awful and all work had to be replaced because of leakage.

I absolutely love my new walk in shower!!! From my ugly tub to a beautiful shower I would recommend to everyone around me!
