Everyone we met is so nice. They care about the customer, do quality work, and do what they say they are going to do. I think you get great value for the money.

The community appearance, the quality and workmanship of construction as well as the design of most of the floorplans specializing in comfort and accessibility for 55+ buyers.

Not sure i would. Been a bit of what i call bait and switch. First few phases, plenty of landscaping, houses had more options and now very cookie cutter. More limitations so this is impactful

I feel you left the neighborhood in a position for the HOA to fail. There’s stuff that has not been done in the neighborhood that you developed and you have not come back to do it and you know what it is. I’m still waiting for my alleyway to be fixed so that I don’t have pebbles in my house.
I will say the warranty company handled everything that went on with my house perfectly. Gabby handled every problem and there were quite a few,with professionalism and proficiency. I would work with Gabby and Steve anytime. you’re lucky to have those two people.

Included in this process was different developments by Windsong. A friend of my daughter said that Windsong was noted for building quality products. I chose the Madeira community as that best met what I was expecting. And yes I can recommend Windsong

I'm not sure yet. The builder took short cuts at the end that diminished the value of the home to me. (i.e. light fixtures, cheapest dishwasher, bathroom lighting/cabinetry)

Post sale needs to be as engaging as pre-sale. Specifically when buying a spec home; every potential "ask" to change starts with an adamant no, when yes coud be a solid consideration.

I would recommend them to a friend because they have great customer service and great homes.

There was no sales pressure. I came repeatedly to look at the different models, and was warmly welcomed each time.

Our experience with Windsong as a builder has been amazing. We have purchased a few new build homes in the past and Windsong builds a quality product that they stand behind. I have never had so few issues to address at our 12 month walkthrough.

Improving your quality control for a start. Train your finishing managers to actually manage the build and subcontractors. You brag about how you find and fix issues, both pre and post sale, but then you spend your time trying talk me out of the problem.

My grandson and his wife were going to play pickle ball but were told to leave. I am very upset because I had a broke arm and problems walking and could not meet them. I pay my dues and tired of people running them off. I am disabled you should tell people to quit running people off. Should be special concerns taken.

Everybody who works at Windsong has been marvelous. Kristi Campbell and Jane in sales, Steve Bronner, and Chris have all been very delightful, kind, enthusiastic, and concerned.

Quick to handle all our warranty issues

The HVAC contractor (Staton Heating & Air) utilized to address warranty issues is very disappointing. It appears their primary strategy is not to correct a problem, but to deflect and “gaslight” the customer into believing there isn’t a problem. After, several visits, I had to bring in another HVAC contractor, on my dime, to correct a noise in the system. Staton reflects poorly on Windsong.

I looked at several other 55and older communities, but Windsong Properties have so many features and the communities are built well and are beautiful inside and out, I just wanted to live in their homes.

Communication is awful. Unfinished work in the new development, builder was so ready to get out…I could go on and on

we would, and have, recommended both our neighborhood and other Windsong properties to other people who ask us about our experiences.
