I liked everything that Window World did, but there was a lot of dust in my house when they removed the doors. It was a tremendous amount of cleanup, and the dust got on my wood floors and in the cracks. That is my only complaint; other than that, the installation was good.

The Alexandria Window World Office has a gentleman named Joshua Garcia who did my installation. He was an excellent guy! He was professional, did great work, and was the best!

One of the screens for the window was damaged when it arrived. Josh, the installer, assured me that they would have another one created, brought out, and installed. This has not happened yet. I also have one door, the rear door, that will only close or open completely; if left ajar, it will swing open. Josh said that the door was level when he installed it and the problem could be the hinges and he would have someone check it, and that has not happened either.
