Your service department is terrible
On install day one of the screens arrived damaged and was assured it would be replace. I have had several communications with Andrea and Justin the local leaders with no results. I continue to get the run around or no response ot my inquiry.
communication
Good communication from the installer.
Sales rep, customer service, installers were very informative. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Love my new windows and front door
I would not recommend! You said the windows were custom made but the windows are much smaller than the opening and looks bad
Window Nation was very easy to work with and for the job done quickly and efficiently!
Had a very good experience, all the way around, getting my new windows
Do to our experience we will not be recommending Window Nation
Two different styles of screens were installed, finish sill of window units are damaged. I was attended to until full payment was made, then ignored.
Still have two different screen styles and damaged window frames
I would not recommend window nation to anyone based on the experience I had with the install and still having project not completed and flaws with the install
Very poor follow up service bad communication among the whole company.
The doors have not yet been installed properly and it's been 5 months since I've been trying to get them fixed
I agreed to contract Window Nation to replace 2 doors and 14 windows on July 10, 2025. The sales rep stated the estimated time to complete would be 6-8 weeks. It took 10 months with excuse after excuse and promise after promise to “make it right.” The doors were installed wrong and had to be re-installed. I sustained water damage because the doors were not flashed and sealed. Windows were missing and mis-manufactured. Once everything was installed, the trim was the next issue. I specifically asked before agreeing to go with this company about whether they would be able to replace the trim that was arched with wood and was told yes. When they finally trimmed out the windows, I was left with 2 large windows that were un trimmed for 5 months because they claimed they couldn’t find the trim and when they did, it was not wood but rather a flexible, dense foam.
The only thing I would recommend to a friend about Window Nation is to stay away.
It's been 2 months and the job still hasn't been completed.
I had asked for the same installation as my first three windows and they were installed differently- therefore all the windows in my house do not match. My permits were also incorrect and only showed three windows instead of 5 being replaced.
Quality of windows and installation
They were here when they said they would be here. Theydid a good job and the windows look great.
Stains and holes on siding .
Windows fog up alot
Sales was super pushy to the point where I almost said no just because of that. The windows are ok. The way the salesman sold them was that they were energy efficient. When we got them, they are only energy efficient in the very southern part of the US.
Window project is not finished! No casing around windows. I’m looking at yellow insulation and construction. Inside my house. Called Blake , man in charge of crew , said he was coming back to finish up project and has not returned. Weeks have gone buy and they still are not finished. I’m very disappointed! Do you know when they are coming back?
Honestly, I expected a bit more in the customer service portion since we spent such a large amount on these windows. I am disappointed in the lack of follow up from the sales person (as if we didn't exist once the sale was done) and the lack of communication between the schedulers and the people on the ground that came to the house. I am in customer service and pride myself on providing exceptional service to those that trust me with their business. This was not that experience for us8
Poor original installation quality. Failed inspection, recalled for manager, he agreed to reinstall 5 windows and replace two other is measured ones poor trim work, broken window casings and gouges left in surface material. Replacement guy showed up with work order that did not mention the five resets required and had to reschedule another lost work day for me with the first three days plus the inspect and failed appointment and additional one or two days remaining, I have lost 7 work days dealing with what wasn’t even the lowest bid.
Worst communication ever. Job still isn’t done.
I think the windows are a good product. They were all 2nd floor replacements and it was a bit of a challenge for the installers along with one of the eight windows had been miss measured which required a second day to complete the installation. The installers worked hard and it eventually was completed.
Salesman presented product so well - no pressure, answers to all questions. Kept informed at every point. Installation went smoothly.
The follow up after the job was done is nonexistent- I've tried multiple attempts to call the inspection department to have them inspect our windows after being put in and NO ONE has called back even after customer service "escalated it", and I've left messages on the direct department line... the windows are great and the guys that installed them were wonderful, but because of the lack of follow up i would not recommend.
I have recommended Window Nation to a few people but have also warned them about the permitting process.
They are expensive
The communication has been awful.
We had some delays and a number of communication issues.
The manufacturer didn't tighten our screens, there is finger prints and marks inside a couple of our windows. We can't get the sashes or screens out to clean. A couple we cant lock. All this was noted in March on our walk through. Still trying to get help with all of this. Emailed ceo, who no lo ger is there and the owners and still no response. Installing manager doesnt remeber gouging our window when trying to get it out.
I would highly recommend WN to anyone! Our experience with WN from beginning to end was so positive—stellar! Thank you WN. Great people company, top to bottom.
They told me an inspector would be calling me and no one ever did
It took 18 month to get the job completed minus 2 months we had to wait or the HOA before installing the correct color bedroom window. Only one person in the local office knew anything and would help me and that was Adam. In October 2025 I dropped off in the local office with Pablo an envelope for Jeff Beck and I would bet my last dollar it never made it to Mr. Beck. I did return the $500.00 gift card for future use or a friend in the packet for Mr. Beck.
I would be more than happy to talk with Mr. Beck and the only individual I would recommend or work with at Window Nation is Adam. He's the only one that knows anything and has no excuses.

The communication at first was a little sparse. Then, as project grew closer, communication about project was good.
Since my windows have went in and unhappy with the install my emails have went unanswered. The city inspector also did not pass the windows and he is not hearing back from them either.
I had a great experience from start to finish with Windows Nation. The windows are excellent quality!
It took so long for just one window to be taken care of. The manager even threatened me with lawyer cus I was asking for my refund since it was taking forever to come and do just one window, which meant that had I elected to the entire 16 windows it’d have taken like two years. No commutations whatsoever as to why it was taking so long and when I call I got thrown around multiple times with no absolute resolution from no one, even the guy who came out here to sell is on Window Nation never ever took calls again from us though he left us with a biz card. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND W/NATION AGAIN TO ANYONE EVEN MY ENEMIES.
To start no one on crew spoke english. Ok job appeared to be done well, communication and responses from emails or phones we almost non existent. 2 of 3 unfinished items is still unfinished
There was a miscommunication between the sales and the build team, they almost left without wrapping the garage even though jt was in the contract, but for some reason the build team doesn’t see the contract, they have a seperate sheet that’s basically just notes of what to do which wasn’t accurate and I told the lead that. So they didn’t finish until it was dark, when we did the walk around it was too dark for me to see all the debris they left. I contacted the sales person the next day and she put me in contact with someone else that was supposed to help. I asked them to do a magnet sweep of the yard since there was so much debris and there was nails, they were slow to respond and then kept telling me they were working on it, and then they said they needed to order the magnet sweeper because they didn’t have one (which I thought was weird because roofing companies use them for cleanup). It’s been over 2 months since my project was finished, I’ve received no more communication on the cleanup and no one came to finish cleaning up or follow up. I had reached out more than 4 times. Now there is snow on the ground so it would be impossible to do. I was very disappointed as the sales person really sold me on the high level of sutomer service which I told her I was lacking with previous other contractors.
Great in every aspect
Everyone was knowledgeable friendly and courteous
Sales Rep misrepresented a number of factors on installation and products. The windows final measurements were not accurate, causing multiple visits.
Yes, I would recommend. Great product!
The process of choosing windows went pretty well and then install a long time and efficient
The 866-217-9582 is a joke. They don't know much and they just say somebody will call you back sometimes they did most times they didn't.
I would recommend to someone who was interested in a more budget friendly option.
Failed inspection, glad I only replaced one window.
