The experience started off good and ended "fine". Everything in the middle was not good. Very difficult company to communicate with after the sale is made. I would not recommend to anyone. Window quality is fine. Customer service is not.

Hayden the rep was awesome he took us threw the program on the windows.The windows beautiful the price was so reasonable that we could replace all 19 windows.The windows are built very well the team is great too work with we highly recommend Window Nation great job guys.

No . I called because there’s some things that need to be rectified. Nobody ever called me to come back out. My brother Brian was asking me about my Windows. I couldn’t give him a heads up on it because I think the screens are really crappy Cincy.. you really need to contact me so that I can have some somebody come out here and take care of what needs to be fixed

Once we decided to go with WN for our replacement windows, communication basically stopped. They contacted me about a month before installation with a date, but no follow up. Had no idea what time to expect them. After installation, there was no follow up on our satisfaction with the windows. We were greatly disappointed with that, as we did/are having some issues with some of the windows. The trim that they replaced around the one window did not match our other trim. Color was fine, but the rest our trim is 2.5 inches and what they replaced it with is twice the size. Not exactly a match I would say.

After several issues with installers not showing up at agreed to times was told they would “make things right” well nothing even came out of it.

A lot of miscommunication. Windows were delivered that we didn't order. Ones we ordered weren't. Waited several months for the ordered window.

The crew did a great job installing our windows. They look great and they are easy to open and clean which was just what we wanted!

For 12000 there junk needed flush outside talked me into flush inside did one window which took 13 weeks to get and it's not even flush outside door was replaced and put aluminum trim outside and 13 weeks later came and put white trim inside suppose to be oak trim like what was on door after complai ing cause couldn't open door there like just spay it now gotta get someone to hang door properly

The guys who put in the windows ( Miguel and Kevin) were knowledgeable, sincere, careful and totally respectful.

The salesman was not pushy. We made the decision to go with them.

Sales was great, install was done in one day, but we are two months in of trying to get a check owed to us for 2 windows and it is not being resolved.

Eliminate communication silos in your company.

Windows do not close properly also there are holes in every corner of every window service has not followed up at all.

The windows and doors are not complete yet. The door was the incorrect size and the windows are not properly framed

Windows are decent but one is defective and waiting for the replacement. Windows had a lot of sticker residue. Took the better part of an afternoon to clean the stickers off. Peanut butter is the key. May want to recommend that to your customers. We used another company on another project a couple of years ago, the windows came with a film over them so when crew was done, windows were clean and ready to go.

Very Professional installation

I'll be happy to recommend you, however our windows are waiting for a fix and haven't heard a word

The installer had no idea to finish the job. He had enough silicone caulking smeared on the siding around the window. He looked like he tried to silicone the west side of my house. He left exposed wood underneath the window and there was missing wood down the south side of the window nothing behind the exterior of the south side of the exterior trim. North side the exterior was all kinked and wrinkled and he thought that was ok finish work!

They were fast and efficient and got it doe in 1 day

They are very good, and the installation went well. We do have one window being replaced next May because we are snowbirds, and we go where it is warmer. We have it all scheduled with the company. They did a wonderful job.

It was nothing but a headache but it still happened.

Our biggest concern doing a window project like ours is how will the company respond to problems that occur. We were very fortunate that when we called we had prompt responses and solutions figured out relatively quickly.

Overall pleased with quality, price and communication.

Very informative and explain everything, they worked great as a team and we liked that they cleaned up afterwards.

I have told friends about the service and the quality of the windows. Working with the schedule person was frustrating. Only available during short office hours and then once I got her to call my office and she had that number, she called my cell to tell me the crew would be there a day early. Great! I took a vacation day to accommodate and to find out they were not coming early. That cost me 8 hours of work. The crew was great. I forget their names, professional and quality craftsmanship. They cleaned up after and had great communication. So far, a week after installation we are happy. The stickers on windows we paid 50k for are the second most frustrating part. In today's world how is it possible that the stickers can't have a zero residu adhesive???? I expect allot when spending that kind of money.
