Give the best price at the beginning instead of making the customer negotiate. Just bought the windows and now you have a "buy 4, get 4 sale." Was I taken? Should I have waited for the sale? Don't like that I keep getting emails after the fact, asking for referrals, etc. TOO MANY EMAILS. Also, I had to ask for a receipt after paying in full. Never did get an itemized receipt; it only shows that my balance is zero.

They were hard to contact on some issues that need addressing.

All work was performed as promised and thus far. Love the new windows

Very organized and great follow through

I called on 6/03 requesting a tech to examine my casement windows because they appear to have locking issues. On 6/04 I was told a tech would come by soon. I am still waiting.

The windows seems to be of good quality. They also have decreased the amount of out side noise.

While we are satisfied with the windows the communication and coordination with the installation and follow-up to questions has been less than we were promised. Taking a look at the overall experience the value is great but the overall value and certainty about middle of the road when compared to others we have discussed and compared experiences with different companies.

We will see how repairs go.

Still waiting on a window sill marble replacement to be installed

I'm waiting to hear about my windows that are wrong grid and have been scheduled for replacement once but they were the wrong window. I haven't heard anything on the next schedule to correct the the windows with the wrong grid. I have texted Lauren twice without a reply. She was my only contact because my salesman quit shortly after selling me my windows.

I had a horrible experience. I was lied to multiple times. I had to call 4 different times to make an appointment. They totally blew me off for installing the windows. They were about to fall out; they had to come back and fix the damage to the windows. They left greasy prints on the windows. It was a horrible experience.

Everything was great. The initial consultation was thorough and all options were explained in detail. They quickly came to measure our windows and the windows arrived quicker than quoted

My experience was very good with Window Nation. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the windows and the doors. I do have one thing; they have not brought two of my screens for two of my windows. They didn't have them, and they were supposed to bring them back, and I haven't received those yet. Other than that, they did a good job.

I don't think the customer service is very good.

Improve communication and touch points. We called multiple times and were continually redirected to someone else and never received call back. You present as one company however we leaned through munition conversations “we don’t do that I’ll have to connect you to this side” which is a separate company. Sales person Patrick never returned calls and we were finally assigned to another sales person who was not much better.

The installer kept his nose to the grindstone all day long, was personable, efficient, answered all my questions.

Everyone was very professional and hard working from the salesman to the installation team.

Employees are all wonderful to work with.

Damaged windowsill during installation and replaced with thinner windowsill. During installation of new windowsill wall was damaged and no one called or showed up to repair the wall during the scheduled time.

All the techs were very polite and kept everything clean. I think they all went the extra mile. They had good communication. It went better than I expected it to.

They did a great from coming out to the house and then putting the windows in. No problems
