Products are great we received our windows and new front door which we love. But the customer service after they got paid declined and the service wait times are horrible. Been waiting on a new lock for 3 months, still waiting.

I am very satisfied, and the company did a very good job. They also gave us very good advice on what to do and what not, and they explained if we needed to make changes with the shape of the windows in terms of how it opens for easy cleaning.

I am in the building business. I have been for 60 years. The gentlemen that were here to do the installation, were the most professional carpenters that I have ever seen. I wish I could hire them. They were outstanding. They were a couple of men from outside this country, Europe somewhere that I assume. The precision you just can't believe. Cleanliness? I just was amazed and didn't think that existed anymore. But it does. That is what sold me on that company. It certainly wasn't the price. The windows looked fairly good, but we will know in about 5 years.

The guys were very nice. Bought them lunch on the first day. The only problem I had was that they didn’t cover things with plastic like I was told they would do. After I said something the only thing that was covered was my grandson’s toys on the porch. Dust was everywhere. I had to clean all the bedding and everything else.

Window Nation really came at the right time. We haven't been in the house for that long. They did a really good job!

I thought Window Nation was a good company, but I was wrong. Window Nation installed 11 windows for me, two of which had broken screens, and it took them two weeks to repair them. On October 27, 2025, they installed a door, and everything was fine until they installed the screen door. The handle was either broken when they installed it or they broke it during installation. A report was filed to have it fixed. They sent me an email saying the part had been ordered. Since they didn't contact me, I called, and they said they would inform the service department. Still, no one contacted me or called me back. I called Window Nation again. They said the same thing, that they would inform the service department. Today is December 8, 2025, and I still haven't received any information. The screen door is still without a handle, and I can't enter my house through the front door; I have to go all the way around to the back. I don't know when they will be able to install the handle. I definitely will not recommend Window Nation to anyone I know.

I had 3 windows replaced. One man came alone to do the work. He did a fine job but never showed me how the operate the double hung windows and never asked me to look over the completed work.
