I would not Recommend Window Nation. It took 11 months to receive my doors! I was sent the wrong door on four different occasion.

I still not have received my two screens replaced. It’s ridiculous. It’s a month later.

Disappointed in my patio sliding door. I’m very worried it’s going to be a never ending problem.
1)The foot latch was scraping against the bracket when you open the door
2)They adjusted the foot latch and ordered a new bracket because the paint scratched off
3)Now it doesn’t latch securely, because it was probably overly adjusted.
4)also, the handle lock isn’t secure either, after locking the door, if you wiggle the door enough it unlocks on it’s own. It’s actually quite embarrassing. Now I have to leave something in between the sliding door so nobody can break into my house. I wish I would’ve known how ineffective your patio doors were. I feel a little bamboozled.
5)also, the patio door was ordered wrong in the first place, which meant taking a day off of work for my wife which cost us money. I shouldn’t have to just eat it!! There should have been a discount of some sort which never happened because my wife is too nice and paid in full before the project was completed.

Not satisfied with the quality of the windows, the measurement was front and project delayed causing me inconveniences. Quality of storm door is low for the price

Window Nation did us a very good job job.the windows were just to order and the seals showed no signs of leakage anywhere.The Installer showed up on time and left no clean up.Good Job Window Nation.......

I am having an issue with their warranty policy. It hasn't been resolved. I have problems with my doors and no one has called me back to repair or fix the problem.

I feel that once you got my money and put in my windows I was/have been totally ignored. I tried calling customer service, got a AI on the phone who seemed to only say Thank You Sylvia for calling that was the reply after everything I said. Asked for a call back and never received one.

The team who originally set up my installation has been noncommunicative and nonexistent. The crew who did the actual installation damaged my condo unit and failed to repair it back to its original condition.

There is a knick on the frame of the kitchen window that is quite noticable

I didn't like how much pressure we felt to sign the day the salesman came out to give us our window consultation and estimate. People need time to digest the info and have a discussion without the pressure of the saleman being there. It is a lot of money and was very stressful.

I’m very pleased with the windows they are very well made
the new windows made a big improvement on noise reduction from out side
And the windows have made our home more comfortable stopping the heat from sun heating up our home compared to my old windows
I think I will save money on air conditioning and heating bills

I liked the professional behavior of the salesman Cornelius Jones. He was efficient and knowledgeable. The two window installers were great. Careful in cleaning as they went along installing windows.

The sales aspect was more than disappointing. The approach of take it or leave it discounting during the initial appointment is distasteful and lacks respect for the customer. Especially when Tanner essentially blind discounted 2 doors (garage entry/back door) and presented them as no charge. Additionally, we picked out the door (front door) we wanted and signed a contract for it. There was no suggestion that Window Nation could not get the door we ordered. They even showed me a Provia order site that showed it could be ordered at that size. Come to find out after the second measurement, the door could not be ordered. And the alternative that they tried to pursue was absolutely ridiculous from an appearance perspective. Tanner suggested we get quotes to remove drywall and lift the header. That felt like he sold a door he knew we couldnt have installed. We cancelled the front door. The sliding door was also on the contract, we wanted a full length door and he stressed that they could not do it. Once we removed that door from the order, then they reached out saying they could do a full length door. During all of these cancellations, Tanner continued to suggest that we would work with him to replace all of the windows at some point. Bold expectation after the multiple bait and switch situations went through. After the door debacle, I called Renewal by Anderson, we signed with them to do the EXACT same doors (front and sliding) that we tried to do with Window Nation, Renewal by Anderson even used the original measurements from Window Nation. Additionally the whole process was simple, we signed with them to do all our windows as well. Even the process with our HOA was DIFFICULT with Tanner, Renewal literally handled everything and completed it within days. Our HOA needed adjustments to the Certificate of Liability with Window Nation and it took weeks.

I love the execution of the installation. The installment was awesome. The timing was perfect. The power of one team working together. I have a saying with my Grandson.

Sales presentation was good and professional. Product delivery was excellent!

I was able to buy the windows I needed at a reasonable price. The installers were early and were very efficient and fast getting the job done.

I called three vendors and was so impressed with Window Nation--and I have not been disappointed! The process was easy. The windows look so pretty, giviing me a much better view of the wildlike that grazes in our gardens and yards. I have more windows to replace--and I have no doubt whatsover about who I'll call. I've already recommended Window Nation to my next door neighbor.

I had a big issue trying to pay my final payment. The biggest issue was that no one would contact me back to help. I kept emailing and trying to call and ended up just sending what I thought I owed. It was very disturbing to do that way. I paid this on you website and have printed all of my documents. I found it to be difficult to complete.

I feel I received a excellent price for my doors and windows that were replaced. My sales representative was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The tech who came for measurements was also kind, professional and knowledgeable. The 3 gentlemen who installed my doors and windows were polite, helpful and efficient. They cleaned as they worked and showed me all the new features on my windows & doors.

Our windows was scheduled for installation and was done very smoothly. Everything went so well no regrets till now.
