Was not given accurate information around labor warranty. Was told lifetime but it's only 5 years after install. Got told "it recently changed" but feels like a bait and switch. Also picture window has been broken twice during install and repair attempt left black marks on my wall

Products are great we received our windows and new front door which we love. But the customer service after they got paid declined and the service wait times are horrible. Been waiting on a new lock for 3 months, still waiting.

I am very satisfied, and the company did a very good job. They also gave us very good advice on what to do and what not, and they explained if we needed to make changes with the shape of the windows in terms of how it opens for easy cleaning.

I am in the building business. I have been for 60 years. The gentlemen that were here to do the installation, were the most professional carpenters that I have ever seen. I wish I could hire them. They were outstanding. They were a couple of men from outside this country, Europe somewhere that I assume. The precision you just can't believe. Cleanliness? I just was amazed and didn't think that existed anymore. But it does. That is what sold me on that company. It certainly wasn't the price. The windows looked fairly good, but we will know in about 5 years.

The installation process was pretty quick. It took them five hours to do all the windows that were replaced, and they explained how the windows worked and things like that.

The guys were very nice. Bought them lunch on the first day. The only problem I had was that they didn’t cover things with plastic like I was told they would do. After I said something the only thing that was covered was my grandson’s toys on the porch. Dust was everywhere. I had to clean all the bedding and everything else.
