2 windows are still broken from installation i tried to fing out when they are going to make this right, nobody returned my call. So im ready to call the BBB and AG about it. See if they get a reply

My initial meeting with Scott was very informative and he was extremely professional.

When I purchased from the sales team, I was told that if anything went wrong after installation, I could call and the company would respond, providing a lifetime guarantee. If there were any issues with the windows, I could call and they would fix it. That is not what happened.

Even on the first day of installation, I noticed some problems with the windows. When I spoke to the installers, they told me to contact the company directly. When I called, the company kept explaining that it was a manufacturing problem, not an installation issue. They told me, "It's new, the issue might resolve itself within 10 days—call us back if it doesn't." They promised they would resolve any issues, regardless of whether it was a mistake I made or not, but that's not what happened. The issue continued from the first day of installation.

I called back within 10 days, as instructed, but again they told me to wait for the new window to settle. I don't think that's a reasonable explanation, but I followed their advice anyway. However, when I called back, nobody returned my call. I left messages, but no one ever responded.

I also found new issues with the screens. The screens are supposed to fit the windows, but my house is a hundred years old, so all the windows are custom sizes. One of my windows is exactly 32 inches wide, while others are slightly smaller. When the screen for the 32-inch window was installed, it would fall out on its own and would blow away in the wind. I called about this problem three weeks ago, left a message, but again, nobody returned my call.

On installation day, they gave me the number for the supervisor and said to call if I had any complaints. I called the company and the supervisor, left messages, but after three weeks, I still have not received any response. Even if I missed their call, they should have left a message, but they didn’t.

I am very disappointed. I’m a busy person, and when I make time to call, I expect someone to get back to me. Instead, I have to keep calling again and again with no response. It just doesn’t make sense. That’s why my rating is low. At first, I was going to give a two, but now I think it deserves a one. I am very, very disappointed, and so far, they have not fulfilled even 10% of what was promised.

Window Nation's service was very good. The follow-up was terrific. The quality of work was excellent.

Too many issues with installation. From 1 window not installed correctly to the wrong window in another spot period. 1 of our screen doors was not closing correctly, no lock strikers installed and no keys given for the screens.The total time from the sales to completion took months.

The install was ok but the big front window was made wrong and I had to point that out. I wasn't told when it would be made but 3 to 4 weeks . I called Rick again last week and was told I should be called in the next 24 hours. No word yet.

I am not happy with how rushed your installation service was. The team trying to rescheule last minute and now having to wait another month for them to fix the poor installation

I feel I was sold a superior window but I non-New England certified window was installed. Also, you can't open the screen to simply toss a bug out. Poor screen design.

The quality of windows are good, but the price is way too high. I realized afterwards that I should have shopped around as I could have gotten a better deal.

They came when they said they would and did the work.

Window Nation was quick and ready, and the people who came here were very friendly. I can see that they are professional. The company, when they come to my home, has professional staff.

The salesman stayed for hours. He made it clear it was in my interest to order the windows the same day.

Window ordered was incorrect. Was told a different story every time I called my sales rep.

I told my sales representative that these windows looked way smaller than the original ones. He said I’d get used to the look, now I can’t fit any air conditioners in the windows I bought new floor model AC’s with adjustable window insert and the window is still too small. So intimately I paid for larger windows and got smaller ones.

I have spent over $80k w Window Nation over multiple contracts. During this last contract, it was discovered that windows were damaged upon install. It took several months to have one window replaced and I am still in the dark on the status for the other window to be replaced. I’ve sent multiple correspondence and all I’ve received, if anything at all, is that the representative has sent an email inquiry.

The idea that one could have 30 windows replaced within a day without creating a lot of mess and chaos seems fanciful, but the crew came in and got it done. They were mindful of our belongings and our home, and did a great job.

We were promised quick, clean and professional installation and that did not happen.

It's been just under 2 months since my widow's installation. During the installation, one of the installers accidenty pocked a hole in the bathroon screen.. I notified the rep and have not received a reply as yet..

Team was polite, professional and efficient

I have had issues since the day of installation. Numerous phone calls have gone unanswered; one email was answered with a very general message and not answered again after I replied to that email with very specific issues/concerns. I will definitely NOT be recommending Window Nation.

From consult to finish product, everything was so smooth. So easily done window nation took care of dealing with the permits. It was, it was a wonderful experience.

Wrong style of Window was installed I was told it will be replaced in two months. I am waiting for three months already. Nobody notify me what’s going on . Can anybody help from high management to update this situation?

I found the company easy to deal with. Sam M. Is a great sales person and the installers I found very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Always being respectful of my belongings. Excellent Company to deal with.

I have reached out several times to request a copy of the work completion order and/or a receipt for payment to no avail. Likewise, I have reached out several times to follow up because the permit is still open.

The sale people did not get back to me after several emails, texted and called several times. They switch sales men and told me they would honor my 500.00 gift card that window nation sent me but i have yet to see an itemized bill with the deductions from the gift card

I had ordered a window with a complex locking mechanism to replace a warped kitchen sash window. This double pane window had no subdivisions, giving a spectacular clear view outside and--to my delight!--one centered on the garden! It framed in white that goes well with my black-and-white kitchen, and its simplicity is very effective. It is already drawing compliments from any friend or relative who sees it. As a first experience with Window Nation, mine could hardly be improved. Important too, was the experienced installation team, with willingness to explain details of the locking handles and how best to keep the window clean and bright--cordial, knowledgeable, efficient throughout....

I’m not sure why I’m getting this survey now. We had windows installed a few years ago and were totally disappointed. There was damage done to our dry wall and the crew filled it with rubbery filler. When we called to report our issues we were told we could receive a money payment but then we couldn’t have any claims or repairs going forward. We chose not to receive money. We did have a technician in a few weeks ago to replace parts on 2 windows. He was very nice and professional.

The sales person lied to me!

I don't believe I received the "Buy 4 windows & get 4 windows free" deal. Can't get through to the Service Dept with a phone call. Leave a message & they will call you back sometime in the next week. Takes 2 months to get the broken window issue replaced.

I can't get a simple adjustment on my main door. My windows are still weeks away. I am ready to cancel the rest ot the project. I sent 2 emails and spoke to a rep.and still nothing.

Overall the windows look amazing install was awesome..but they should inspect windows when they come from factory on of the windows put wrong size screen in still waiting for the right screen
