They came out and in one day tore down my yucky old roof, and built a beautiful, non-leaky roof in its place.

Roof looks great only a lot of nails were left on ground lawnmower having flats other than that all good

West Michigan roofing reshingled our house, barn and shop out-building. All three jobs were done expediently and thouroughly. Workmanship was very good; crews were courteous.

We were very unhappy that WMR did not vent our roof as promised in the contract, which then voided the OwensCorning warranty. Also unhappy they didn’t tell us, and we had to discover the lack of venting and voided warranty for ourselves.

Poor quality installation still not fixed nearly a month later.

There is at least one section on the roof where they unattached siding and did not re-attach it. Also some of the facia cover was bent and not replaced flush. The siding is worse problem.

Yes, we let several friends and neighbors we were very happy with our new roof.

The roofers left a terrible mess after they were completed. Had to call and have them come back to clean up again.

There was some internal confusion within West Michigan Roofing that lead to the project not being completed in a timely manner.

They installed a different ice guard and underlayment vs what they quoted. I brought it to their attention and they continued to install and I was told it was comparable. Did some of my own research and the product they installed was a less expensive product. I called them after I received my final invoice and they reluctantly reduced it.

WMR was very professional & I would recommend them to anyone.

From the bait and switch with the pricing, with the lack of communication once the deposit as taken, the extensive damage that was done to the property itself, and the absolute lack of responsibility Jim took for his missteps, I would be hard-pressed ever to suggest WMR to a friend. An enemy?? Yes...

My dad praised WMR for a job they did over 30 years ago, so to me there was no other option. I’m so glad I chose them.

He put sheets down to catch the debris from the skylights. I was very impressed with him. I didn't know the others, but they seemed to work very well.
